    Extremely well. Joe was very thorough but also very efficient with his time. He checked everything out with the dryer before he left, even climbing on the roof to make sure the dryer was venting properly

    It cost nothing, it was covered under the warranty. Sometimes warranties are worth keeping for certain things. I do it for my washer and dryer too. I?m saying it took a half an hour. They had to do the initial call to see what was going on. It was pretty serious, it could have been a fire. Somehow the wires got crossed behind the stove in there. It kind of shorted out the panel, it?s an electric stove, so you couldn?t use some of the burners. 

    I think they usually give you like a 2-hour window. He will call ahead of time, usually they will give you a 4-hour window. Then when they are on their way they will let you know and give you a 2-hour idea of when they will be coming. Instead of saying between like 1:00 & 5:00, they will say like between 2:00 & 4:00. It?s hard enough doing that, especially if you have to take time off of work.

    We never heard from them to schedule service. When I called after never receiving a schedule date, he hasn't even bothered to read the contract. He PROMISED to call by the end of the day. Nothing. When my warranty company called him to schedule the service a week later, (after I complained), he simply stated he wasn't interested. What a waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    We have 2 gas fired HVAC systems in our house.  Both were installed when the house was renovated about 5 years ago.  According to the installer, since they were gas, they would not need any routine service for the first 5 years.  The 5 year mark was approaching so I checked Angie?s List to find a HVAC service provider to inspect and tune them up.  I saw the strong reviews for Sila Heating & Air Conditioning and called them on 10/30/15.  They were able to schedule an appointment for the following week, much sooner than I would ever have expected.  Since I mentioned that I found them through Angie?s List, they only charged $79 for each system; a pleasant surprise.  The technician arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner.
    We were in a warm spell so we did not turn on the heat until little over a week later (a Sunday).  When we turned them on, one of the units would not start.  We called Sila Heating & Air Conditioning that morning for a service call.  We were told that since it was a weekend this would be an emergency call.  If the failure was not a direct result of the original service, the emergency charge would cost $350 for the first half hour and triple the normal rate for each additional hour.  We debated whether to wait for a week day appointment or go with the emergency weekend service.  At around noon, we decided to have them send out a technician.  Brian, the technician, arrived around 4 and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes.  The problem was a failed igniter and he had a replacement with him.  There was no way to determine whether or not the failure was the result of the original service but thankfully, Brian waived any charges.  
    We were surprised and pleased that Brian gave us the benefit of the doubt and stood behind Sila Heating & Air Conditioning's work without hesitation.  We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

    We weren't sure if it worked so we called them in.  The provider fixed a few things, connected the new hoses I bought, made sure the vent was properly placed and it only took 1/2 hour!  The washer/dryer runs super well.  The provider was extremely nice and explained everything he was doing and showed me.  I will definitely use them again.

    Lew, was professional, and personable. He clearly knows what he is doing. It took a little longer than he said to get back with the parts, but I will chalk that up to him being busy. I kept his card and will not only use him again, but will recommend him to friends and family.

    A repair date was scheduled immediately when I called, and the repair date was 9 days after the call. (This span included the Christmas weekend, however.) I believe a time window was given for the arrival (2 hours?), and the repairman arrived near the start of that window. He apparently had an idea of what the problem might be from the description of the problem, as he had the valve needed for the repair, and completed the repair within around 1/2 hour. He was cordial and professional.

    The icemaker on my Whirlpool Gold side by side ferfrigerator quit on me for the third or forth time. I've had another service company repair the unit several times with short term results. I found Gill's on Angies List and gave them a try.
    Gill had several emergencies to deal with but still managed to address my small problem in a very timely manner. He was professional, courteous and helpful. The unit was replaced and upgraded to avoid further problems, instead of the bandaid fixes by the previous service company.
    The price was a bit of a sticker shock, however most of the cost was for parts that are probably outside of Gill's control.
    Should the need arise, I will most definately be giving them a call again.

    I received a bill today for $89.00. I called and spoke to Tay and then to a Mrs. Adams (Manager). I was informed that they first come out to inspect, then will come back (of course for more money) to make the repair and that I had to pay for that. I explained all of the above but to no avail. I did inform them that I would report this to both Angie's List and the New Hampshire Attorney General.
