    I called and spoke with Mike and we went over my credit history. He fixed my issues with medical collections. Within a few months Mike contacted me and I was surprised to see my credit score increased drastically! Their fees are phenomenal and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to fix marks on their credit score at affordable rates.

    Beware! They auctione of my lifelong belongings when I was only approximately 35 days late! No phone call. When I lost my job it was a struggle every month to pay, they were inconsiderate and didn't care. So I lost EVERYTHING for a measly $150 bucks! Awful rude service as well!

    Well, they do good work.  Unfortunately, they have the worst customer service I've experienced in quite some time.  When I dropped the laptop off, I brought along the power cord/battery charger with it because we had been having issues with the battery(it was outdated) and the only way I could trust that they could fix the laptop was to provide them with my power cord.
    After waiting a week, I finally decided to call and they said I could pick it up the next day.  When I picked up the laptop, the power cord was not with it.  When I inquired about it, I was informed that I did not give it to them.  I reassured them that I had, because of the reason I stated above.  I asked if they would look for it, perhaps it was an oversight on their part as I was positive I had left it with them.  They told me they would look and call me the next day.  The next day, I stopped in and was confronted by their tech who told me basically that I absolutely did NOT give them the power cord and that they have NEVER lost a power cord ever.  He said it so angrily that I was taken aback, by that and the notion that a company could never make an error.  On top of that, I was told that they wouldn't take my power cord because they had their own power cords that they use.  I would never know that, and if I had any item that had to be plugged in, just on GP I would bring the power cord.  I wouldn't automatically assume they had a power cord for any product.  He told me he would find something comparable but I had not given them my power cord.  As he stormed off to the back, he made a comment that I was calling them liars, which was funny because that's basically what he was calling me.  Anyway, they couldn't find one that was a Dell so I received a knock off of some kind and was sent on my way.  It's also important to note that the knock off was approved by the owner to be given to me after another salesperson went to the back to inquire about what to do about the situation.  The owner did not make an appearance and it's such a small place that I'm positive the owner heard the exchange between the tech and myself.
    Never once was an apology of any kind offered.  Never once was it considered that it was their mistake.  The next day I received a phone call from the tech telling me that he had a Dell power cord at his home that he would be willing to let me have, but I refused.  I was done with them.  I will never return.

    I spent too much with them.  I called because when we tried to get the on-demand I got a message asking me to call Comcast and this happens frequently.  We were trying to get our on-demand services back on line. They are the only one in town so I had no choice but to go with them. They are really good at responding and they are pretty punctual as per their code.
