    Dr. Samuel Amari (Kenoza Chiropractic)
New to town & looking for a chiropractor. Called Amari’s office (Kenoza Chiropractic) and requested general information about the practice, intake process, prices, insurance, etc. I stated that I receive chiropractic treatment because of a specific health condition & asked if Dr. Amari was familiar with my diagnosis or has treated patients with my condition. Receptionist put me on hold and Dr. Amari answered, harshly asking, “What, EXACTLY, do you want to know, Miss?” I explained my diagnosis & asked if he had experience with patients with my condition. He rudely replied, "Well I've ONLY been in business FORTY-TWO years, so do you THINK that MAYBE I have some EXPERIENCE?" I replied that I didn’t doubt his capability but needed to know if he is familiar with my condition & if he can help me. He even more rudely dismissed me saying, "You know, MISS, this just CLEARLY isn't going to work," and hung up. (This was several hours before closing time. I actually called back to ask if Amari was just having a bad day or what I had done to deserve such horrible treatment, but they refused to answer the phone even after over 20 rings.) I’ve never experienced a doctor who faulted a patient for being diligent & asking important, pertinent questions regarding their health care, much less a doctor who was so blatantly rude. However, he was right: It ISN'T going to work for me to have a doctor who doesn’t allow patients to ask questions about patient care and doctor experience, especially when that doctor is also rude, dismissive, self-important, pompous, and arrogant. RUN -- don't walk -- AWAY from this jerk and DON'T LOOK BACK.

I've been visiting Dr. Mark weekly for about a year. His treatments are high tech, not the usual physical adjustments. I believe that my health and comfort level has improved as a result.

    Bowker, Dr. Jamey R.
I've been coming to this practice and have been treated by Dr. Jamey for over 2 years and have never been disappointed.  The office is not luxurious, but always clean and neat.  The staff are friendly and very helpful.  They've always been able to get me an appointment in a timely manner and they have always been on time!  I barely have time to sit down, open a magazine and they're ready.  Dr. Jamey does not insist upon the dreaded, "you have to come in x times a week for x weeks" approach, which I really appreciate.  He recognizes that everyone is different and I go in as my back/neck need it.  If you're looking for a good, caring, chiropractic office in or around Somersworth, where you won't have time to finish even one magazine article, look no further.

Unbeknownst to me, the provider was personally familiar with vertigo, and had a lot of compassion for me.  I really felt like he cared.  The chiropractic adjustment did make me throw up, and not feel better, but that is not his fault!  He then gave me the number of an ear-nose-throat specialist who did end up helping with the vertigo.  I;ve been to a creepy chriopractor before and this was totally the opposite of that experience.  I have seen both providers and they are both smart medical professionals, not shysters trying to sell you something.

    Dr. Jeff Barone
As an avid golfer and snowbird here in Tucson, I was nervous about finding a chiropractor using a similar technique as I am comfortable with back home. I emailed her a few names of local chiropractors and she recommended Dr. Jeff Barone. With chiro medical info in hand from her, I had my 1st appointment in 3/14 and have been having gentle and effective monthly adjustments with Dr. Barone since. Extremely happy we found him.

I have gone to 3 or 4 chiropractors over 10 years. He is the only one who has fixed my back to where I can sit indian style again. Now I just go for maintenance. They are friendly, gentle and ask all the right questions. They know all their patients when they come in.

Heather came highly recommended by two people I know and I will continue to see her.  She knows her stuff and she is pleasant with a great bedside manner, besides. In addition, my son (11 years) also see Heather sporadically and he says he can feel the difference almost immediately.

    Taylor, Thomas
He uses B.E.S.T. bio-energetic synchronization technique which is like "chiropractic acupressure" which is my term I say. He balances energy in the body and relieves what feels like muscle or joint problems, other aches and pains. He is really good.

He was so friendly, listened to what I had to say, suggested things I could do at home and that I actually would do.

    Great Works Chiropractic & Wellness
I have been going to Chiropractors in the seacoast area of New Hampshire since my children were very young. But my body after menopause started rebeling. Medical doctor's couldn't find the cause so ended up going to an alternative chiropractor in Mass. who diagnosed me (through medical lab salvia test) with Adrenal Glands fatigue. Under his care I felt better within days and I am still improving. The drive to Mass. required 3 hours round trip every time I went, which created my nerves getting the best of me. In researching on the web, Chiropractor's and nerves, I found Dr. Seth LaFlamme, DC, who has a specialty in dealing with nerves, was new in this area and only 20 minutes away. Made an appointment and Dr. Seth listen to me comment about my issues and concerns, he then recommended X-Rays, if I wanted to, to establish an all over review, which at first I opposed to. But his X-Rays were so reasonably inexpensive I thought why not. LADIES, I'm glad I did, the X-Rays showed bone spurs and other issues that I was totally unaware of. Dr. Seth knew exactly what he needed to do to relieve me of my pain discomfort and my nerves are responding nicely. I went from emotional crying all the time to actually being able to feeling like I can accomplish anything. Ask Yourself! 1) How come I don't feel like myself anymore? 2) Overwhelmed, Stressed out 3) Digestive concerns, Pain in your Body 4) Do I think it's normal because of my age? 5) Have I tried everything else and everyone else? Well don't give up! If you don't know what to do or who go to, I highly recommend Dr. Seth's LaFlamme's, Gentle Chiropractor Family Care and Wellness Practice in South Berwick, Maine. I'm living proof of not accepting that it's just my age or just in my head. Tell Dr. Seth, that Angie's lists and a friend who took the time to submit her true story, gave you a key to unlock the doors to happiness and health. My Best to everyone
