    I first started going to Jim when he first opened about 10 years ago. I have since then taken all my vehicles to him. He is fair and will do what needs to get done. He doesn't try to upsell things that are not necessary to do the job, and get it done right. Pricing is better than most, and have always been happy with the results. I tell everyone looking for a repair to go see jim. I actually have an appointment coming up to replace my water pump

    I took my Dodge Ram 1500 there to have some major body work done. Even though we ran into some issues over the holidays with part deliveries and timeline, they did an amazing job. They pride themselves on their craftsmanship as well as the customer relationship. Throughout the whole process they were upfront, honest, a very communicative. Both Jack and Jill made me feel like my business was valued and my truck was good hands. If you want to be just another Vin number on an assembly line, then take your vehicle to a major collision center. If you want to be valued as a customer take your car to Chassis Master. I was a first time customer and will be a repeat customer with any and all of my automotive needs.

    It went GREAT!   I chose them based on price and Angie's List and BBB reviews.  We have used other shippers in the past.  We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality and speed of service. Great communication with Executive Auto personnel during quote and delivery.  They worked with the car seller in IL to arrange pickup.  The actual transport was done through GHub.  The driver was knowledgeable and personable.  The care was well cared for.  He kept us up to date on his progress and intended arrival.  Right on schedule as quoted.  It worked out very well for us.

    This place is a joke I brought my jeep there cause it was over heating only when driving down the road not sitting at an idle. I was told that they pulled the radiator (due to debris/mud) and flushed the system and did a block test and a 52 point inspection. So I paid my 504 dollar bill and was happy to have my jeep back. I made 17 miles and it started screaming and over heated. I pulled over and popped the hood to find that my belt that was only a week old ripped off and the idler pulley completely destroyed. I had to have it towed back per there request. Was told they would take care of it. I got a call the next day from a Joe the younger one. Said they are not going to pay for the tow or fix it I would be better off going else where. He also stated that they never pulled the radiator or flushed it. It took them 3 hours to diagnose that it was the "debris" and all they did was wash it with a garden hose outside. So needles to say they will never work on my vehicles again. Mind you I did buy this jeep from their sister company Autosaver Max less then 6 months ago. Check out the pics this is after the work was done and they got paid.

    Badly! How is it possible for an engine repair not be covered by (1) the (expensive) extended warranty, (2) the replacement engine warranty or (3) the oft advertised lifetime powertrain warranty?? Loads of promises but none are kept. Anyone who buys a vehicle from these guys or hires them for service is throwing money away unless they are unbelievably lucky. Fee listed below was just for them to look at the car.

    Couldn't diagnose why my car had barely any oil in it, which then caused engine to blow. Now stuck with a payment and $13000 loan on a vehicle that I can't drive unless I put an engine in this unreliable car.

    Bought a $11000 vehicle, Range Rover here. Didn’t argue the price. Was told it was dealers wife’s vehicle and in excellent condition with no needed repairs. Two days after the check engine light came on. The truck went back for 10 codes! (I live 150 miles away) I left the truck with dealer assured it would be fixed. Picked it up three days later told it was fixed and three days later code came back on for same thing they said they fixed. Brought truck back two more times for more codes. Wires were bad and instead of fixing the issue they spliced wires together! Finally truck was brought back to me after the third attempt to fix the issue. The dealer delivered the truck, drove it to my house and parked it. My husband started the truck and low and behold the check engine light was on again now for another issue! Dealer picked a service shop near me where I brought it to get diagnosed and it has another issue possibly caused by work done by the dealers previous repairs. The suspension fault light also has come on as well as the brake light. I have had the truck less than two months and had it for a total of five days without a check engine light. Drove it miles upon miles back and forth to dealership without so much as the gas even replaced and dealership brought it back broken worse than it was before servicing! I told dealer David the vehicle was a lemon and requested money back and he takes vehicle back. This place offers “nice looking vehicles” that are nothing but problems. Stay far far away.
