  • Car, 2002 Accord needed work done, made the appointment over the phone. They offered a loaner car or a ride since I was leaving my vehicle with them. They had a question and called me before doing additional unauthorized work. Job was completed earlier than expected. Job was done right, no bad surprises. Shop is clean, waiting area looks comfortable, has coffee, wifi and staff are friendly.

  • I got a notice of recall for this year and model vehicle, made an appointment with a local dealer, not where the vehicle was purchased. At the same time, an oil change, and state inspection was due. Reception was friendly, waiting area is comfortable, has wifi, coffee and snacks as well as work areas where you can use your phone and laptop to work. Job was completed quickly, price was fair, recall notice was addressed and state inspection completed without surprises.

  • Someone, we'll not name names, caught my Truck's left front fender on the edge of the garage, pulling it and part of the bumper off. I called my mechanic to see if they could do some patch up work.  She pointed me toward her Uncle at Kincaid Auto.  I called, they said bring it over.  Took a look at it. Told them I just wanted to patch it back up as I wan't going to make a claim.  They took about 20-30 minutes right then to pull it back together, put a few screws in and made it look pretty much untouched.  Wouldn't take any money for it either.
I kept thinking I'd eventually have to have it fixed right, but there is no reason to, as it looks fine and there have been no problems.
Karma like this should be rewarded.

  • Read Brakes redone, typically an expensive dealer service, was done in hours with no problems, the car feels like new.  I also had a major A/C problem that I'd taken to two dealers and a chain provider.  The first thought it might be a compressor replacement ($3000-$5000) and then tried to sell me a new car,  the second come up with a huge estimate (after charging $200 for their first attempt which did NOT fix it - guess where I don't go any more)  and the third wouldn't touch it.
Fixed perfectly by the next Monday at Granite Town for a reasonable cost (and an excellent brake job too) and the A/C cools better then when the car came off the showroom lot.
Granite Town does all of the work on my cars (sometimes there are a lot of them)
