    Moon, Dr. Thomas B.
The staff was awesome, they fit me in (new patient) when I broke a tooth within 1 days! Dr. Moon fixed the tooth and no one can tell it's perfect! I would definitely recommend Dr. Moon! billing was smooth. The office and procedure rooms are spotless!

    Northwood Family Dental Center
The first time I went to Northwood Family Dental was 15 years ago. They were able to save a tooth that every other dentist (from NJ to NH) told me needed to be pulled. Fifteen years later, I still have my tooth with no problems. Since then, I have gotten married and had children. The entire familiy now goes there. They are great with my small kids (2 and 4), and they remember us by name every 6 months when we come in for our checkups.

    Clarizio, Dr. Louis F.
I have gone around circles for 10 years trying to find a good Maxillary/Oral Surgeon. Dr Clarizio was suggested to me years ago and I just did not believe he could be that good not coming from the greater Boston area. I found another Maxillary/Oral Surgeon in Boston and saw him for 4 years that left me with very little results. I finally surrendered to made an appointment to consult with Dr. Clarizio. Oh my goodness what an experiment. His expertise is beyond what any Doctor I have seen in these last 10 years could ever have done for my case (and according to them my case was severe). I am so thankful to have finally found someone I know will bring great results!!! The entire practice was extraordinary! God bless you Dr Clarizio and staff!

    Clarizio, Dr. Louis F.
I had never had anesthesia prior to this procedure and really didn't know how I would react to it. Everything went great, I seemed to be finished before I knew it and my tooth was extracted without any pain. I returned home where Dr. Clarizio and his staff provided me with post-op instructions to follow. I was resting on the couch with an ice-pack on my cheek when my phone rang and the staff was calling to see how I was doing...I was impressed wth the follow-up since I had not expected it at all. On subsequent office visits to have the exraction site checked, I enjoyed Dr. Clarizio's sense of humor, it always made me feel at ease in his office though I don't have any fear of dentists or oral surgeons, it was nice to be able to laugh over my "dense" bones. My subsequent appointment to have the surgery for the implant went well too. I selected a local anesthesia for this procedure instead of being "knocked out" like I had been for the extraction. Dr. Clarizio kept checking with me to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort during the implant procedure. It was quite painless and I had an easy recovery from that procedure as well. I don't have any dental insurance, and I was happy that this practice accepts the GE Care Credit program that enables me to defer interest on the payments if I pay off the charges within the set period of time. I plan to do this, so I don't have to pay the entire bill at once, but can make monthly installment payments without incurring a finance charge. Overall, I would definitely see Dr. Clarizio again...though I hope I never require tooth extraction and implant surgery in the future...this surgery was done to treat resorption in one of my teeth (a condition usually attributed to some kind of trauma the tooth has experienced).

    Northwood Family Dental Center
I first started going to Northwood Family dental about 15 years ago based on a recommendation from a friend who had been going there since he was a kid. I was a gruaduate student at UNH, but was still seeing my family dentist in NJ for regular checkups during school vacations. Unfortunately, I had an emergency where a baby tooth that I never lost split in half and fixing it could not wait until I went to NJ next. Northwood Family Dental was able to get me in right away. Every new dentist I had ever seen since I was a teenager had immediately wanted to pull this baby tooth. I thought that it would be the same at Northwood. It was not. When the dentist reviewed my x-rays, he said that the root was still strong and that he could pull it if I wanted him to, but that he would recommend putting a crown on (or cap - sorry, I mix the two up all the time). I was overjoyed that for once I was being given an option and did not have to fight to save my tooth! I opted for the cap/crown which required filing most of the tooth down and replacing it with a fake one that got glued to my own existing root. Of course, this sounded awful (but not as bad as having the tooth pulled). Even though I didn't feel anything because I was numbed, the thought of it was still scary. The staff and the dentist were incredibly gentle and understanding. When I was getting too tense, we would take short breaks to let me relax. The dentist and hygenist explained everything to me as they were doing it. This really eased my mind. They were focused on me and not talking across me to each other like so many other dentists do. When they were done, they put a temporary crown on until a custom one came in. The custom one fit my mouth perfectly - it was like having the original tooth. The size and color match the rest of my teeth perfectly. I have had this crown for 15 years and it is still there and I have never had a problem. After such an amazing experience I decided I would stick with Northwood Family Dental. I have since gotten married and have two small children. My husband and kids all go to Northwood for their dental work. They have been amazing with my toddlers. The hygenists and dentist have and quot;the touchand quot; with the kids. They accomodate me when I need to bring the kids with me when I have my own appointments by letting them play or color in the room with me. My oldest loves have her teeth cleaned by and quot;Mr. Tickles.and quot; Northwood Family Dental has proved to be a wonderful dental office for the whole family for everything from routine to emergency visits. I highly recommend them!
