    Technician said unit was working when he left but the unit never cooled. Tried to reach him 3 times that day after he left. No response. In all fairness he did tell us he was going on vacation the next day. We stopped payment on the check. He did call us a few weeks later to ask what happened and said he understood our stop payment.

    Was "running late" for the appointment time but he did call. He quickly determined it was the main control unit. Made some calls and gave us some bad news. Said the part was not in stock with his contacts. But he could make some calls and get back to us in a few days regardless of what he turns up. Never called back. Ended up removing the control unit myself and debugging the unit myself. Lew pointed me in the direction and I fixed it.......

    Excellent & exactly what I expected.  Arrived 10 minutes early.  A very through inspection. Was on the roof for about an hour.  Nailed down loose items (water guard, etc) where needed and sealed and caulked gaps as necessary.  Professional and curious.

    It went fine. I have my cable TV, home line and internet with them. The last two times I tried to get a checkout, the dispatcher decided that they don't do that service during the winter. They did not call me to tell; me that they don't do that service during the winter so I waited for a technician. They tell me that somebody's going to be there and they don't decide that he's not going to be there and don't tell me, punctuality is an F. If you changed somebody's schedule, you call them and tell them. I don't have a choice but to use them again. I work from home and I need all the bandwidth I can get. If I wanted to go with DirectTV or Dish, I'd have to cut a bunch of trees and I'm not doing that for no man so I'm stuck with them.

    We bought this house in August of 2014, it was built in 1985.
    We had a skylight that had a very small leak. We called up steve and he came down within a few days of the initial call and within 2 hours fixed the skylight and also evaluated the others and did some additional sealing of those before they started to leak. 
    We had some major ice damns this winter we asked steve to help us clear them, he was surely a busy man the winter of 2014-2015 but he came when he said he could and was very reasonably priced. 
    Steve is a worker no doubt. Arrives on time and prepared for what he knows he will have to do. 
    While we cannot "get up" on the roof to "inspect" his work. We no longer have leaks :) He does however describe the work that was performed in a manner that we can understand. 
    We will be keeping steve on speed dial:)

    When I called, the tech who answered the phone walked me through some troubleshooting steps to see if I could solve it before sending someone out.
    The tech was running behind schedule and was willing to come after the appointment time (which was after hours) and not charge me for overtime. He had the part on the truck and was fixed rather quickly and I was able to the refrigerator back up and running.

    The repair technician showed up on time. He was very patient and explained things thoroughly. He also reviewed general care and maintenance of the machine and gave me a great tip on how to clean my washer.

    He cleaned and oiled two clocks and adjusted them They are running on time and are very clean. Turn around time was about a week. Will be bring my other clocks to him. I've been looking for a dependable repair person since I moved. Have many antique clocks and feel save with bringing them to him.

    Needed service on washing machine but after speaking with Dave , it was better to buy new machine than invest hundreds on older machine. Craig had also left a mesg on our phone regarding same prior to my conversation with Dave. Both were nice and professional and will definitely use them in the future.

    After reading the report of the woman above I just had to write and set the story straight. While we were out back in the service area we heard a woman come in and from the start we knew she was going to be trouble. The first thing she said to Annette, one of the owners, was that her husband told her to come there to buy some supplies for their boat but she didn't want to, so she went to West Marine instead. She began picking up things in the store, life jackets, boat fenders etc.. and with each thing she picked up she told Annette how her prices compared to those at West Marine. ( At this point I would have asked the woman to leave but Annette managed to keep her calm and try to talk to her.) The woman then picked up a motor mount and asked Annette if it would work with her kicker engine and if so how it would work. Every time she attempted to answer the womans questions the woman spoke over her. This continued for several minutes. The woman would not let Annette talk. Finally she actually told Annette to "shut up and let her finish her question!" At that point she told the woman that it was not a problem and left her standing in the middle of the store all alone. Personally I thought it was better than she deserved. Some people are just so arrogant and rude that I wouldn't be able to keep my cool at all and this was definitely one of those times. As far as our experience with Biggart Marine, it was excellent. Bill is extremely knowledgable with all types of engines and Annette and Leah are great in the store and with looking up parts and giving advice!
