    My son used them. It was a good experience. They were honest and timely. My son ended up moving. He had a Subaru at the time, and they specialize in Subaru's. He was very happy with them. I did the research and got him there.

    I brought my car in to have the exhaust inspected. It turned out the batter was dead. He seemed very busy so I bought a battery at the Auto zone down the street and I put the new battery in myself. He told me because I did this he was going to charge me $80. No services were performed. Had he told me he would put a new battery in the vehicle for me I would have had him do it. He was very rude, short and condescending throughout the entire process. If I am paying someone for a service the least I expect is professionalism and a nice attitude. Not sure about the quality of work. Will never return.

    Their pricing is pretty good. I can always get in. They are like a local garage. They are not like a big chain so they get to know you. We have taken a few things into them where they just adjust a few things here and there at no charge because they know us. They take care of their customers.

    Called ahead for an appointment. When I dropped the car off he called me back about an hour later with the quote on the repairs needed. I didn't have all the money that day. He was okay with that and I picked it up the next day and the total was almost $20 less than his quote. He is very professional and knows his stuff. I do recommend him and I will return.

    I have no complaints about their work. They had problems with a bad spark plug but it was caused by the part manufacturer and not their fault. Its their customer service and billing practices they need help with.  I had happened to have a new air filter and cabin filter in the car and I asked them to install them as well. I was saddened when they charged me 41$ to install them, Its a task I have done often and it takes 4 min to do. When I questioned the change I got the lame response of "well we looked it up and its supposed to take 1/2 hr.". I had just given them $400 dollars worth of easyhighliy profitable service work and I'm a first time customer. Why stick me for the extra $40?

    Bottom line, nice folks, adequate work, but I think I will go somewhere else next time

    I called in a panic because my state inspection sticker had expired and I forgot to get it renewed.  Tim got me in right away (that morning) even though it was really busy.  I waited for about an hour reading a magazine, watching the tv and drinking coffee (which was free from their Keurig...kind of a nice touch when you have to wait).  Got my inspection sticker without a problem, paid, and was on my way.  The people there were all friendly and professional.  I've purchased tires there in the past and received the same excellent service. Will definitely go back.

    It was okay but I had to ask and ask when the car would be ready.  I have only one car and had to walk over to get my vehicle.  They gave me the wrong keys to the car and seemed unconcerned.  I had to bring the keys back myself and get my keys.  It was just a little unorganized.  I think the work performed was good and the price was fair.  I would use them again because they are so close to my house.

    I went there because it was the local dealer and what i wanted done, i needed it to be done. In the past they have been very thoroughly and uncooperative. This i closed , they have got lots of bad feedback so my experience was pleasant though they are still over priced.  They washed my car and did all those little things that people love to do when you drop off your car. My experience was pretty awesome.

    I was desperate because I had just bought new tires and they were terribly out-of-line - lots of shaking when I was on the highway. I was about to go on a trip and had a small window of time in which to have this done. They gave me an appointment within 1 hour of my call. They were reasonably priced and performed the task quickly. They were very pleasant, even though I was in a hurry.

    It went well, although one can't make an appointment, so try to go when it's not very busy. If you call, they will tell you if they're busy and they will suggest a time that will perhaps be less of a wait. Even though it was just an inspection, I was prepared for them to try to sell me a bunch of things or services, and I was pleasantly surprised that they did not. They were informative and told me what would be coming up so that I could plan, but there was no "hard sell."
