The Tree Guys did an excellent job. I did not want heavy equipment coming onto my property and they were able to cut the tree down with minimal impact to the surrounding area. They use ropes to get from branch to branch and to lower the branches after they are cut. Mike, the person in charge, was friendly, efficient and very professional. They removed all the branches and trunk pieces, and Mike ensured that everything was cleaned up when they were done. Almost looked better than before they came!

    Coastal Enginuity
The lawnmower I wanted them to service was pretty old. One of those "fell off the back of a truck" deals. I never put a dime into it and had it for 2 years. I consider myself fortunate it lasted that long. When it died, I called Coastal. They called me and told me about the repair costs, which were not worth it considering the machine age. They were extremely honest and fair and I ended up buying a lawnmower from them. This is not a fancy lawnmower shop, but an honest to goodness local business with fair prices and good service.

It went well. Owner replied within a day of calling and stated he would add me to his schedule within a month's time. I called after three weeks as I hadn't received a confirmation call. Within a few days I was on the schedule and service was performed.

Terrible. We were billed for services which were not performed and the GM refused to credit us or provide a refund. She was actually very rude. Discovered similar complaints were filed with the BBB. Changed Service over to Scott's, which wound up getting purchased by TrueGreen. Dropped them again. Asked them to remove us from their Telemarketing and contact list, still get calls all the time.

    The TruGreen Companies LLC
Fired these clowns! High Pressure sales, wanted to take money out of our account tog et lower rates. They wound up charging us for services not delivered, then argued with me when I inquired. Refused to refund me my money for 2 treatments. We dropped TruGreen and picked up Scott's Lawn Care. Trugreen purchased Scott's, so we fired them again. Started getting the same high pressure sales calls wanting an auto payment. TruGreen you are a terrible company and I am amazed you are still in business. Shame on you.

It was not a great experience. One of their product tended to have died and yet it cost me quite a bit to have it installed. I only used them to do the initial landscaping because they were partners with the developer so I have not used their services since but I do know that other neighbors of mine who have used their services after I moved in they have the same experience where things that were planted died not long after. Best part was they worked with me on designing a landscaping solution that my needs as far as maintenance and cost but I would say the worse part was just the quality of the landscaping that they installed, it just seemed very susceptible to either disease or dying.

The work was done on time and completed in a very professional manner.  I had a couple of questions after work was completed and Nathan couldn't have been more helpful.  I wouldn't hesitate to have this company back for additional work.  This was a a relatively small job but it was given the same attention that the "big ones" receive.

    Urban Tree Service
We had used Urban Tree Service in the past to remove four very large trees on our property. I contacted them to remove some shrubbery that was out of control. At first I thought that this might not be a big enough job for them. They came to our house looked at what I was asking for, said they could do it and gave me an estimate on the spot. One crew was out within a few days and removed everything. This was followed up a few days later when a crew member  came back to grind all the stumps that remained. They are an excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others as well as having them back in the future.

    J Stefan Contracting

J Stefan's crew were professional, efficient, easy to communicate with, informative, and helpful. They came when they said they would, worked long days, and did a beautiful job. And their value was great as well. We researched this project for a long time and we couldn't be happier that we chose them to carry out the work we wanted done. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any type of paving, landscaping, or home improvement projects in general.

    MHT Paving and Landscaping
Our driveway needed to be repaved and the four inch lip at the garage needed to be addressed. Our house is on a corner and there was a cracked and patched concrete walkway from the street to the front door. The garage is on the other street and there was no walkway to the front. The crew removed the concrete walkway and laid brick. They cut a path through the lawn from the driveway to the front, added gravel and laid another brick walkway. The asphalt driveway was hand done, i.e. they did not use a spreader. They heightened the area near the garage door such that the lip is now a much more reasonable half-inch. Previously it appeared as though the driveway sloped toward the garage; by laying the asphalt by hand they changed the slope so that drainage will flow toward the street and the side. To finish they spread loam and seeded the areas near their work. They also left two five-gallon pails of stone dust so that the spaces appearing through natural settlement can be refilled. One neighbor has already spoken with Paul about doing some work.
