    The Right Hammer, Inc.
Over 30 years The Right hammer has done everything for us from fine cabinetry, upgrading kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, both wood and tile, room additions, roofing, plumbing, electrical, window replacement and painting. My husband was a nit picker and The Right Hammer passed the test. The price was always reasonable.

    Home Innovations Corp
We hired Home Innovations Corporation (HIC) as the contractor for a major remodeling of our master bathroom in 2013 after receiving bids from HIC and several other builders. The owner, Russ Collins, was (is) active in the New Hampshire Home Builders Association and has held leadership positions including president of the Southern NH Chapter. Jon Goulet, the production manager, and Jay Cooper, head remodeler, deserve praise. We are very pleased with the work they did, their professionalism, reliability, and attentiveness to our needs. We had shopped for fixtures and obtained price quotes that were 30% off list prices, and although HIC purchased the fixtures to be under their warranty, they passed along the discounts to us. We were able to chose local vendors known to us, and some of the subcontractors we had used before. When we had a few minor problems and needed them to return to make repairs, they did the work promptly and at no extra charge. They definitely have stood behind their work 100%. Since then, we have hired them for several other projects. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting top-quality workmanship, a respectful team, friendly and dependable service.

    LaCoss Carpentry
Aaron LaCoss from LaCoss Carpentry did such an amazing job on every stage of the project that we hired him to do.  He is capable of doing it all, from frame to finish.  The quality of each stage of the project he performed was excellent.  He is very thorough and such a perfectionist, especially when it comes to the finish details.  I was very pleased with the price he charged for the project and would highly recommend him to my family and friends for their carpentry needs.

Overall we were quite pleased with Asa's work. He is a very nice person, very upbeat and energetic, and pleasant to deal with. He handles the business end professionally with a formal quote and we found his prices to be fair. The project took a bit longer than it could have, but it was done within the time-frame he had quoted and for the quoted price. It was complicated a bit by deer-hunting season on his end, Thanksgiving holiday, and a mid-December vacation on our end. So the entire process took from early Nov - end of December. Asa does his best to clean up after each day, but it is a messy process. I would say his strength is the carpentry work. The only thing I would not hire him to do again is the painting, and normally he would have brought in a sub to do it, but it was such a small area, it made more sense just to have him do it. Asa was good about communicating schedules and was responsive to questions via phone calls and e-mails. He was sometimes delayed or had to reschedule, but he did give us notice when this happened. Asa brought good quality subcontractors to the job and scheduled and managed them well. I did stay very involved in the scheduling and day-to-day progress, but that is my nature. We would use Asa again, particularly for carpentry type work - in fact, he will be giving us a quote for a wall unit in our family room when we are ready to proceed with that project.

    Miracle Method

I called the company number and was happy to hear a human voice on the other end answering the phone--no messages to listen to nor buttons to push before actually speaking with someone. I had a few questions and was put through to the owner, Ted, who was courteous and answered all my questions. I scheduled an estimate for August 4th. The estimator, Brian, called a few minutes before the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way and he arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He gave me the estimate within a few minutes--answering any questions that I had. Calling to schedule an appointment was quick and easy. Again a real person promptly answered the phone, was pleasant and scheduled an appointment for me for August 19th.

On August 19th the technician, Mike, called a few minutes before arriving on time to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself and was also courteous and professional. He explained the process of what he was going to do. He put down a drop cloth and cleaned up periodically throughout the day. He also kept the room well ventilated. He removed all discarded material and cleaned up nicely. The only thing left was a very thin layer of dust on all surfaces in the bathroom so I suggest that if you have your tub resurfaced you should take everything that is moveable out of the room. I just had to wipe down the walls and fixtures, wash the window, mop the floor and all was well. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job. The tub truly looks brand new!

At the end of August I received a handwritten note from Miracle Method thanking me for my business and letting me know that they would be happy to be of service to me in the future.

    Justin Corrow Carpentry
It was a great experience!  Justin arrived on schedule and completed the work in the time he had estimated and on budget!  He and his crew are very responsive to the customer and even though they were working in the house everyday, they were not at all disruptive.  I was also very impressed with their neatness and the fact that every day when they left the entire area was clean, including the garage and driveway!
But of course the most important area of satisfaction was with their craftsmanship, skill and attention to detail.  Justin has many years of experience and spent alot of time discussing the details and end result, before he even started the project.  Our kitchen is beautiful, and we have Justin to thank.
We are planning to have Justin renovate our guest bath in the future.

There was another person in the show room talking to the person I assume was the sales person. After waiting by the desk, I walked around checking the show rooms displays. after two circuits, the people still did not acknowledge my being there. No hello, .. I'll be right with you.. not even any eye contact. So I left.

    American Building & Design
This young man is incredibly skilled in all areas of building and his conscientious attention to excellence in quality workmanship results in a finished product that will meet the highest standards of the most discriminating customer.  The fact that he is on the job daily as the organizer and project manager makes him accessible and accountable to the customer.  His willingness to communicate problems, suggestions, and solutions, allows the customer to have input on even the most minor details throughout the project so they get the results they want. His energy and desire to please the customer and his friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor make him easy to talk to and work with and instill confidence that his experience and abilities are suited to any task you charge him with.
George is a builder by vocation and he is blessed with good judgment, good design, and skills that are obvious in the flawless finish work not only in precise joinery but in his tendency to go the extra mile to put in the extra work and time to make everything as beautiful as possible. This was a massive project with thousands of details and decisions that had to be made over several months and I cannot find a single example of sloppy or below par workmanship.  He was brilliant in suggesting design changes that he believed would enhance not only the quality of the work but the beauty of the finished design and most importantly, he remained true to the style of the house with a keen eye to appropriateness and proportion.
If you are for fortunate enough to be able to enlist the services of the much in demand craftsman, you will not be disappointed and you will certainly get your money's worth and be delighted with the results.  I personally could not be more pleased with his work.

    Percival Remodeling LLC.
Remodeling an existing kitchen is way harder than starting from scratch.  Fortunately, Kevin is an excellent troubleshooter!  He respected our desire to take an economical approach to our kitchen project, and helped us figure out ways to get what we wanted, without breaking the bank.  He arranged for us to share the cost of a dumpster with another one of his customers, and hauled our construction debris there for us.  He got our tall KitchenAid mixer to fit under the existing upper cabinets.  He raised the stove legs.  He was able to make room under the new counter top for the clips for a stainless steel sink, so that we didn't have to go with an expensive, super heavy cast iron sink, which would have cracked our existing base cabinets.  (We'd wanted a stainless steel sink to begin with, but our plumber had thought it wouldn't fit.  And we definitely didn't want a heavy sink that might have ended up falling through the floor & down into the basement!)
Kevin is great to work with.  He always showed up exactly when he said he would, and worked hard while he was here.  He clearly takes great pride in his workmanship, and he does an excellent job.  He also wiped the counter top and swept the floor.  And he did everything we asked.  We've already made arrangements with him to do another project for us!
