    They are amazing. I go every four months. What stands out is the people, they are amazing and they are on time. It is obvious they don't overbook.  Some people book four people within an hour and these guys don't do that. I have been going to them for a long time now and I recommend them to everybody.

    June 9th at my cleaning, I explained how painful the bite was and questioned the jagged hard material at the base of the tooth  After x-raying the tooth, the hygienist said it was the tooth.  Bouvier could not confirm this, because she was not there, which I have always found unacceptable.  I was told the office would call me back after discussing the pain with her. 
    Their call back referred me to Dr. Forbes for a root canal evaluation and said Dr. Forbes office would call me to set it up.  Their office never called.  I finally called them, and they had not talked to Bouvier's office at all and did not have my x-ray. 
    I finally saw Dr. Forbes July 20th.  Dr. Forbes suggested Bouvier adjust my bite first.  She also said the jagged hard material behind that painful tooth was overlay cement!  I told her that if that is what it turned out to be, I was switching dentists. 
    Bouvier adjusted my bite the very next day, taking the pain away from the painful tooth and moving a lesser form of it to an upper tooth two teeth forward.  Also removed the overlay cement and was incredulous how it had happened.  I had to hear again how I am one of two of her patients that has such a 'sensitive' bite.
    My family has been patients of Dr. Bouvier for over 15 years, but my next cleaning and future dental work will be done elsewhere.

    It was fascinating to watch the crown being formed. The appointment went very smoothly. I found the staff to be very friendly and dedicated to patient comfort. I was completely satisfied with their work.

    My initial evaluation was scheduled within a week of my first call to the office. The appointment was at a time that was convenient for me. The dental office is on the third floor of downtown building on the main street in Dover. The examination suites overlook the street which gives you something distracting to look at while being treated. The staff arranged for the transfer of all my records from my former dentist....I didn't have to do anything. I was assigned by the staff to Liza King, DMD, one of three dentists in this office. On arrival I completed all the paperwork and was immediately ushered into the examination area by Diana, one of the dental assistants. She was friendly and engaging. After X-rays were taken, Dr. King came in and gave me the most thorough dental exam I've ever had. She explained the process every step of the way so that I understood what was going on. I left feeling like I had a very thorough assessment of my dental situation by a very capable dentist and staff.

    I was very pleased with both the staff and Dr. McConathy's professionalism and attention. I was seen right on time and the appointment went very well. I had a general exam (as it was my first time there) and a cleaning. Unfortunately I had a small cavitiy, but I was able to get that resolved quickly the very next day.

    It took three tries before the crown was successfully put in place. The first try, the crown was popped out and fell under a cabinet;the second try, the crown was damaged; the third try was successful.  This process took over two months to complete.  My next appointment was for a cleaning.  The instrument used felt like pins jabbing my gums.  Dr. Katzman took a quick look at my mouth and was done.  My next scheduled appointment was cancelled by his office and I decided it was time to look for a new provider.

    My spouse registered as new patient at Healthy Smiles. On her first appointment, they gave her an estimate of the all the Dental treatment needed. Later, when we wanted to start with the first treatment which was the extraction of wisdom teeth. They called my wife and asked to come for an XRay so they could determine whether the treatment can be done at Healthy Smiles Clinic or will be referred to other Clinic. After we provided the X Rays, they said they cannot provide the tooth extraction treatment in house and referred us to other clinic. Few weeks later they sent us invoice with $150 charges for X rays, which were denied by insurance.
    Insurance told us that Healthy smiles should have used the Xrays taken by the previous Dental provider rather than taking new Xrays. If they needed new Xrays, they should have clearly told us that the amount will be charged to us.
    Healthy smiles never made it clear and now forcing us to pay $150 for Xrays when they have already denied treatment at their clinic.
    So, without having started with any dental services at their clinic, they charged an amount of $ 150 which Insurance will not cover.
    We politely communicated to them, but the conclusion is that we are at loss and have to pay the amount.
    I will never trust them for any of the dental services and their Billing department which is out there to extract money from the customers without even providing any treatment.

    My experience was positive. They were able to get me in right away, cleaned up the crown and cemented it back on. The staff and Drs. are all very professional, friendly and very easy to speak with, considering I have high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist.

    I am older and I was told this is a standard procedure that is performed on aging gums that have begun to recede to try to save them form declining further.
    Dr Ramdev was very caring and explained the procedure in detail. It took 4 visits and then was followed by a deep cleaning. My hygienist Michelle was very nice and also gentle. I could tell she cared about her patients and took her time to be sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone needing their speciality.

    I was not well received by the Dr. but he agreed to work with me. The Dr referred me to another specialist who really didn't understand why I was being referred to him since JD provides those services. Only after several visits and a surgical procedure by the Dr who I was referred to I was told that I was probably not a candidate for that type of procedure and again referred to others for consultations. Big red flag I realized the Dr did not want to work with me and have gotten 2nd and 3rd opinions. I am very satisfied with the Dr I have now found.
    My issue is that after spending thousands and several months that there was no plan and regardless of what that plan would have been I was willing to do whatever. I believe the only reason for the original consult was that the Dr expected me to ask for restitution, even after I told him that is not what I wanted to do.
    The good news is that I found a Dr that put me on a program with a time table and that there were two others I found when looking for a second and third opinion a lot less expensive.
    In summary I feel I got a royal run around! Young Dr who needs to mature.
