    Marty was awesome to work with. He came right out to give me an estimate and when I hired him, he was there within a week doing the work. As I was not home, he let me know when he arrived, communicated via text with preference questions and was immaculate. The work was excellent and I'm very happy with the way it came out. Marty is a professional and I would highly recommend him and I will use him again (I'm trying to convert two recessed lights in the kitchen with hanging lights, and I may be calling him sooner rather than later).

    The alarm works good when the batteries are new my only issue is with the batteries and minor service concerns.  The sensors drain the batteries very quickly and they need to be replaced at least every three to six months or sooner.  LifeShield has given me the batteries at no cost and recently sent me 7 more and offered to replace any sensor which the battery runs out in with a 18 month period which is pretty nice.  Dealing with LifeShield has been pretty easy so far, I had a few sensors fail and they replaced them with no issue, well they did forget to mail my siren detector and it was delayed a few weeks until I called and complained.    They are an affordable alarm company, the equipment is cheap enough to cover your entire home without breaking the bank.  I recommend a DIY system over ADT any day, another affordable provider is Front Point and they offer GE equipment.  If you do get them I recommend a cellular back-up and a 2nd control panel to hide somewhere safe.  This helps to avoid the crash and smash, if the crook can't find and destroy the control panel within the 60 second delay the alarm will work if they find all the panels then your out of luck.  Any system can be crashed and smashed.

    Very professional, I called to have a smoke detector in kitchen changed because it was to sensitive. He put in a new one with an eye, and then told me all the others were out dated. I had him change them all. Was here no more than an hour, very diligent and the areas were left clean. Would never know he was here. Explained everything he was doing from room to room. I had no questions when he left. I have recommended him to my son and will to anyone else who needs an electrician. He was awesome and his pricing was extremely reasonable.

    I felt my experience with Reliable Alarm Systems was outstanding. The original price I was quoted was adhered to, the product delivered was exactly as expected, and after 22 years with this system I had only one problem, and that was only because my house was hit by lightning 9 years ago. When I called Reliable Alarm to explain the problem they were at my house within two days to replace the main control panel. They took care of the details with my insurance company and I have not had an issue since. I use my alarm system daily and I still subscribe to their monitoring service, which I feel is a very reasonable rate as compared to other companies I have researched. I have been with Reliable Alarm for over 20 years and I am extremely satisfied with my service.

    Online interactive control is available at home or away (smartphone, for example) and their professional monitoring for intrusions, etc is top notch.  We have door and window sensors, motion detectors, freeze and water sensors, and smoke and fire alarms.  It is truly do-it-yourself, with amazing customer service should you need technical help.  But basically, since you stick the sensors where you want them, plug in the control unit, and call Frontpoint to activate it, I'll bet you won't need assistance.  They are extremely helpful on the phone to help you figure out which components you need.  We have recently added two thermostats which are accessible through the online interactive system so we can keep an eye on the heat while we are away in the winter. Security, interactive monitoring, and home automation, all backed by great customer service.  As far as I'm concerned, you couldn't buy a better system. | |I also have their system installed in a house in Arizona, which we rent part time as a vacation rental.  As well as providing peace of mind, the system is invaluable for controlling access through our keyless (pushbutton) door lock, tied into the security system and available through the interactive monitoring system.  The minute someone checks out, I can deactivate their lock code.  We also use it to control the thermostat when the house is empty, and after the hottest summer on record there, we were able to REDUCE our monthly electric bill. I credit being able to see and control what was going on in the empty house during extreme weather.  | |And you don't have to do everything all at once.  Sensors can be added as you identify a need.  Give Frontpoint a call.  You can't do better.

    Their service has been good. I have been with them I think since 2007 and everything seem to work good. I had no problems with them. I don't have landline so I have to find something to operate my security system and we switched to Frontpoint becuase they are wireless and you don't need a phone line to hook up.
