Upon installation of the spring, it was noticed that the spring was not heavy enough for my very old hard wood door. They could have kept this from me and I would not have known. (The spring would have worn out prematurely.) But they told me it was the wrong size and returned in a few days and installed the correct spring. Door works great and we are very pleased.

Ryan was on-time, confirmed in advance and very pleasant! He accommodated and used professional judgment to fix the issue we were having without needing to call into anyone. Within 20 minutes, our garage was restored to its full capacity! Plus, Ryan offered to return to apply a new bumper beneath the garage door as it was starting to deteriorate. There was a small additional charge, but it was totally justifiable. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Great job, Elite Door!
