It appears something is wrong with your model number - I find a BDP-BX110 and a BDP-S1100, but no bd-110.

If one of those is right, try googling this type of phrase, with the correct model number - Sony bd-110 audio output ports

and you will find both the owners manual and operators instruction manual online. They say these units are primarily made for computer, not home theater connection, as they come with USB and HDMI ports for primary output, to connect to a computer or laptop device.

It appears there is a coax connection on the back that says DIGITAL OUT, that would be your audio connection to the home theater, but your home theater needs to be digital ready in one of the formats this player passes the data in. If computer formatted home theater system, then use the USB or HDMI connection (HDMI passes better quality).

if your home theater is set up for analog (red and black paired RCA jacks), then you are going to need a digital to analog converter, which is way beyond this forum because there are too many data formats and device connector types and sizes. Google for a convertor for your model device, or maybe Sony has one at their online store.

The original TV wall installation plus Blu- player was hooked up to an existing home theater in September, with the knowledge that the new Apple TV set-up box would be added when it was scheduled to be available in late October. The new Apple TV eliminated the optical audio output cable, which made new ...More choices necessary for continued use for part of the system. , who is very proficient and knowledgeable, offered the option of replacing the "guts" with an AV receiver, which would facilitate using the existing wired ceiling speakers. He assured us that the connections from the speakers could be configured into the receiver. He also suggested purchasing a universal remote to eliminate the constant switching between cable, TV, Blu- , and Apple TV remotes. That day he switched the Blu- connection to the Apple TV and set it up, so that we could enjoy that device and explore its amazing new options until we had the new receiver. Later that week, he arrived with the new receiver and remote, quietly and diligently worked to integrate everything into a more workable and enjoyable experience. Of course, we needed to touch base with him as the learning curve on the remote was a bit more involved than we had anticipated. To that regard, he answered our questions on the phone in a timely manner and with great patience. We are so happy that was able to satisfy our requirements in a cost efficient way and would absolutely recommend him personally as well as …which we already have to a couple of neighbors!

Better than I expected. They mounted the LCD perfectly and hid the wires. I am beyond pleased with the result !! They even went a step farther and used a random shelf I had hanging around my apartment and screwed it in above the TV for the cable box to sit on. I am beyond happy !!

I have had Scoob out for 2 projects now and my Wife and I could not be happier. I am a few months late writing a review but I figured better late than never.
Scoob has always been very fast to respond to any emails I have sent and has been patient with my questions. I never had to wait more than a few days to get the work completed and the work ...More was always done to perfection and the work area was left just like they had never been there.
Just recently, I sent him a question about mounting a small TV to an existing mount on our patio. I needed to know what type of bolts were required to attach the TV to the mount. Not only did he promptly answer my question, but he came over and gave me the bolts I would need to mount the TV on my own. This was done free of charge.
We have a couple of other projects we will be taking on in the future and we will absolutely be looking to Scoob to do the work.

Unprofessional services, poor quality of work over a period of 6 years adding an additional cost of approximately $4,000.00 (I have the back up for all the bills) to the original project price of $10,000.00. Because of the nature of the work, I could not obtain the services of another company since the system installed was particular to the company ...More in question. There would be something wrong with the system that would require repair almost 2 to 3 times per year over the 6 year period mentioned. I would have to pay $300.00 per visit and the last time I had to pay $2,000.00 for a piece of equipment that failed. I would have to call or e-mail them repeatedly until I finally got a response from them, and they would more often than not fail to show up for appointments. When the last time I failed to get a hold of them after one text, two phone calls and two e-mails (on the above 10/22/15 date), I finally contacted another similar audio/video company which then informed me after a visit that the work was shoddy and the equipment incorrect. In order to have a perfectly working system, I would have to start all over again. I am currently considering bringing to small claims court.
I do not wish to have Angie's List act as a mediator, as I do not wish to ever have to deal with . again. I only wish to leave a warning to other consumers.

$50 bench price which was expected and customary. Well no further work was done. My computer system was stolen during a break in while in the possession of CST. When I was contacted and informed of the break-in and request compensation. I was cursed out by the owner-Cliff . I normally don't write reviews, but I was not happy with this experiance. Since this was a special offer it was not refundable. I had a couple of questions that I asked in advance. The first question was are they going to mount the tv to metal studs. I have metal studs in the wall and I was concerned that this would be an issue. My second conern ...More was regarding the size of the TV mount. My TV could go with either a small or medium mount because of its size. I prefered a small mount for asthetic reasons. The guy on the phone was very friendly and assured me that we would use a smaller mount with a metal stud. I purchased the special and was contacted to setup an appointment. At that point I asked again about my concerns as was told that they would use a small mount and the studs would not be an issue. On the day of the appointment there was some issues with scheduling and i had to adjust my schedule. They tried to show up an hour early and since I was not there they left to do another job and ended up showing up late. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. I gave the driver directions to get into the building when i spoke to him, and he had some trouble getting in and could not reach me, after about 5 minutes someone else let him in. I ended up meeting him in the hallway at which point he threw his arms up in the air like he was mad at me. Once they were in the guy pulled out a medium sized , i told him i spoke with the person at the office and that i had wanted a size small mount. He told me that they don't carry any on the truck. After about five minutes of us discussing this he made it clear that a medium sized was my only option. Since I already paid for the service i did not have a choice. Once he started putting it in i noticed him using drywall anchors only and not even using a stud, it was also way too high. After discissing this again, it was clear that he was not going to do it any other way. He said that if i was unhappy with the height they would come back out and fix it. Needless to say i called them back the next day to come back out and fix it. They sent someone else out who put it in the correct height but when i asked if the drywall could hold the weight of the TV he proceed to demonstrate by grabing the and hanging from the wall at which point i saw my entire wall bow outwards. This was a few months back and i contacted them recently to ask if the mount would hold a slightly larger tv, one that would be only a couple pounds heavier. He told me that they would come out and look at it for 130 dollers. It would seem to me that if the mounting could hold a 25 lb tv that a 28 lb tv would not be an issue, but they still wanted to charge me 130 to inspect thier own work. Also i have read all over the internet and everyone states that a drywall only mounting is a horrible idea. I am going to take the tv off the wall. This whole experiance cost 230 dollers plus holes in my wall.

was such a positive experience, I wish I could give them an A+. accommodated our travel schedule and showed up to help us out on a Sunday morning.
We recently closed on our newly built home and ran into a lot of problems with the work performed by the builder's low voltage contractor. As a ...More result, all plans to use them post construction/closing were scrapped. I found through Angie's list and after the bad experience I had with our original contractor, I was very skeptical. returned my Angie's list message promptly, followed up with a phone call and came out to the house a couple of days later.
I basically went fishing with asking all kinds of questions to see who I was dealing with to make sure I had found the right person. answered everything I threw at him with ease and far exceeded my expectations. is personable, knowledgeable and by far the best audio/video installer I have ever worked with.
He completed installation for several TV's with full motion articulating wall mounts and got everything done neatly and quickly. I also consulted with about completing our 4 rooms of 2-Channel Music Systems and our 7.2 Channel Home Theater. made some very useful suggestions that I had not even thought of that will be implemented in the near future.
Having found the right guy/company, has been booked to complete the work in December. Have no doubts about this company. They far exceed what can be put into words on Angie's List...They deserve the highest recommendation possible.
