Ramy was very punctual and when he started our project he made sure to finish it before moving to another project simultaneously. His work is precise and beautiful, my hard wood looks new. He is miticulous in his painting. Ramy can do it all!

Emery did an outstanding job. I was not there for the work as I was on business travel, but if he told me that he replaced rather than refinished the hardwood floors, I would have believed him. Also, the level of dust created was minimal to none. The base boards were also left un-marked and he was able to sand and finish into every corner. Just exceptional work. One other positive note: Emery did run into some scheduling issues as one of his crew got hurt on another job. Emery worked very hard to find a spot on both our schedules as I was traveling the following week. He communicated very well and always kept us informed of the options (even him working on Saturdays). He also quoted me $1200 over the phone based on my measurements but upon arriving to my home, he measured everything himself and then quoted $1100 ($100 less). He did not have to tell me that, but he did which I appreciated and it speaks to his integrity.

Contacted him on 6/29 and heard back on 6/30 with price and tentative start date for early August. I had a few follow on questions but got no response. I left two voice mails and emails, but still no response. After waiting almost a month and with August fast approaching, I sent another email on 7/26/16 stating that if I don't hear back from you by 7/28, your services are no longer required and you will get an F in Angies list. He then immediately responds with "do you expect me to work for you if you threaten me?" My response to him was as follows: ------------------------- Interesting that you dont even try to explain why you did not respond. Interesting that you are the one who feels abused. Interesting that you did not even bother to consider this from the customers perspective. Here are a few things you fail to realize about how being unresponsive reads to your customers: If you are unresponsive, then that makes it difficult for me to schedule when you will arrive. These are the summer months after all. We cant keep the entire month of August open in the hopes that someday you show up un-announced. Being unresponsive also creates the perception in our minds that should a start date be defined, you may not show up nor tell us why. If communication is that difficult for you, they why shouldnt I be concerned that we may not get a reason why or a new start date should that happen. Refinishing hardwood floors is disruptive to a familys lifestyle (furniture is all over the place). I want someone who is easy to work with because I dont want any unexplained delays once the first piece of furniture is moved. I want someone who communicates to us what we need to do before you arrive, what you will do while you are here and how long the entire job will take. In short, I want to work with you to make it go smoothly because it is a disruption to our family (never forget that)! You never answered any of my questions concerning site prep (who moves the furniture, should I protect the baseboard or do you do that, etc). You are NOT easy to work with if you dont respond to your customers, particularly when they are trying to work with you. Being this unresponsive before the job really makes me wonder whether or not you will stand behind your work after the job is completed. If there is an issue, will you again go into hiding? I guess you have a vigorous and growing business such that customer focus is not a prime concern of yours. But if feeling threatened is your only response, then we are done and I for one am very glad we are. Have a nice day. ------------------ I was extremely patient in waiting almost a month. If you read through the rest of these reviews, this is not a new behavior for him. This has happened before. Take that as a warning and a concern for the reasons I listed above. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet by not hiring him. I hope you do too.

Ron was very responsive and easy to get an appointment with.  He was able to come to our new home within a specific period of time to provide an accurate estimate.  Ron and his crew showed up on time and completed the work within the time frame quoted.  They treated our house well and protected existing carpeting on the stairs. The new floors looks great!
We wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Ron Wilson & Sons again.

He called right back.  He said he was going to work me into his schedule.  I ended up cancelling because the company I was working with ended up doing the prepping.  I will call him again.

We used Olde Tyme Craftsmen recently to refinish three contiguous rooms of pine floors.    They did a marvelous job 10 years ago, but our big dogs had done some damage over the years requiring a refinishing.     I can happily give this company my highest recommendation.      From the estimate to the job, they were always on time and professional.    The team was courteous and competent.      We are extremely pleased with the results.   Moreover, other companies that we talked with wanted us to rent temporary storage PODS (and extra cost) so that all the furniture in our living room, dining room and family room could be removed from the house during the job (another extra cost).   They even suggested we move out for a couple days.   Olde Tyme Craftsmen, shifted the furniture in the house and did the job in sections.    They used no toxic materials and were minimally disruptive to our life style.    They did the job over some portion of four consecutive days (allowing drying time).    They are the best.

I attempted to repair deep scratches in my living room floor. After several attempts I made the damage worse. AGM (Andy Mitchell) came to my home with a small crew. They helped me remove furniture, to include a piano and large couch, from the room. They then lightly sanded the entire room and an adjacent hallway, removing just the top layer of the oil-based polyurethane finish. Following a deep cleaning of the floors they applied a light coat of finish. After two days, Andy returned to inspect the finish. He found a couple of spots where the finish did not cure properly. He then re-sanded those spots and applied another coat of finish. Several days later he returned to once again inspect his work and found no other problems. The equipment used was dust free and left no residue on our drapes or other sections of our home. AGM has offered to return to my home to assist me replacing the heavy furniture...at no additional cost.
We chose AGM after several other quotes. Two other companies wanted to sand the floors down to the bare wood, stain and then refinish. Their quotes were in the vicinity of $1000. Based upon a referral from our painter we chose AGM and are very pleased that we did. We would highly recommend AGM to anyone seeking hardwood floor refinishing.

We did not use this company because we chose a different process. However, the owner of the company, Dustin Deslanuerers personally performed the estimate. He took much time to explain the appropriate process. In the end, he provided a fair estimate for the services to be performed. We had several other estimates in the same price range. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking high-quality professional refinishing services.

He was quick and I got great results.  He was done within 1 day of work.  He advised us to wait a day before moving the furniture back to make sure the seal was dry.  We did so and moved the furniture back ourselves the following day.

Excellent work and customer service. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. I would use them again.
