  • I have owned and operated three of my own businesses - all people drive. I understand the importance of quality marketing and public relations. Without it, businesses don't survive. Twice within the last year, I reached out via telephone to VIP on Hooksett Road in Manchester. Both times I was treated with rudeness by one of the reps, informing me that there would be a two days wait to get my oil changed. I had to ask if they could recommend another place to go. One would think that there wouldn't be a second thought about referring a customer to a sister business. I was finally told to try VIP Bedford, and I am glad I did. Upon calling, I was told I could be scheduled within two hours. I could feel their kindness and their smile though the phone! Upon arrival, I was greeted with the same demeanor and was immediately attended to at the counter by Emily. We walked to my truck together and gathered the mileage, and then returned to complete the check-in. Five minutes after sitting in the waiting area, VIP Staff member Joe introduced himself and offered to get me some coffee at no charge, and all the while struck up some small talk like I was a member of his family. Five minutes after that, a mechanic entered showing my my air filter and asking if I wanted it replaced (no extra service charge other than the cost of the filter). Five minutes after that Emily called me to the counter and informed me my truck service was complete. This included a no-charge tire rotation. Same exact service the second time I returned. I am a shopper always searching for the best bargain, but this is one stop that I won't have to worry about in the future. I couldn't be more satisfied. Five stars is not an award, but rather a declaration to a customer that good is not good enough, and only excellence will do! Congratulations VIP Bedford!   • The experience was very good. It was the 4th or 5th car that we have purchased from them. We go to them over and over again for not only the quality of the vehicle, but the quality of the service and the sales team that we work with there.

  • Not good. I brought my vehicle in for front UV joints. They took me right away and replaced the UV joints. Everything seemed fine and paid over $700 for the costs. It seemed very expensive but since I didn't know another mechanic in the area, I went with the name and trusted the franchise. In less than a week my front seals to my axle were leaking. They removed the axles to replace the UV joints. I also noticed they cut my brake dust shield because they installed it in reverse and were to lazy to remove the axle and flip the shield and replace the axle. They failed my vehicle on an inspection due to rotor rust!!!?????? I asked how were the pads? They replied fine but it's our opinion that its unsafe and therefore failed but for $375 more we can do a brake job. I will never use Midas ever again.

  • They are pretty punctual. They could stop recommending things that are not really needed. They recommend these changed parts because they are not genuine Toyota parts even though they are better than the ones that were in there.

  • I like them because first, they are close by and second, I have an electronics warranty on the car. Whatever gets electronically wrong with my car, it falls under the warranty and I don't have to pay for it. They are in line with everybody else. Honda has their pricing system. It's not like a private company that can vary it. They use the company pricing. The quality of work is very good. If it's nothing very extensive, they do it within the hour.

  • Well I guess I gave to much info above. I can't say enough about how easy it is to do business with them. You might get a "deal" somewhere else. You might get a shorter lead time. I assure you it isn't worth it in my book. They did what they said they would, for the price they said and had it done on the day they said it would be done.

  • They are excellent. I've used them for almost 10 years. They are good. They can diagnose a problem quickly and efficiently. They are a little pricier than other places but they are worth it and I don't mind paying it. I would absolutely recommend them.

  • They stuck to the quote that they provided verbally on the phone. They did some diagnostics and recommended some further repairs which I declined, but I was happy with the turn around and the service. They were the lowest price out of 4 providers which I was surprised at. It's a large car dealership; it's very modern, clean facility and very nice set up. Obviously it is only for people who have brand Nissan automobiles but I would recommend it, it's probably the best you can do forand hellip; to go to the manufacturer for service.

  • Based on my experiences with Anywhere Audio & More I can safely say you won't find better service anywhere in the southern NH/northern MA area. Mitch and his team are by far the most professional installers in the state. I am extremely picky about aftermarket products installed in my cars, in terms of both how well it works and how clean it looks. Because I'm so overly picky I resorted to installing systems myself for many years. You know what they say "If you want it done right do it yourself". I thought for sure no one could top my installs, besides I thought "who cares more about my car, me or someone just installing a system"? I was wrong, dead wrong. Mitch and his team have repeatedly performed the best quality and best looking installs I've ever seen. When you have Anywhere Audio install a system in your car, it's as if it were a pre-installed option from the dealership (only drastically cheaper). I've used their services four times now and will be using them again in two or three months. They have installed car audio systems and remote start/security systems in both an automatic and a manual transmission for me and both work flawlessly. I even had them transfer a system from one vehicle to another to save quite a bit of money. Last week for the first time I used their new same-day vehicle pickup service, it was very convenient and saved me some time having the system installed while I didn't need my car for a few hours.

  • My daughter had her Honda Civic brakes pads and rotors replaced. The shop is very bright and clean. The service people were polite and friendly. We were able to drop the car off there and it was ready when they said it would be. We got the car back cleaner than it was when dropped off.
