Dr. Sullivan is very nice, good bedside/tableside manners and is very willing to answer any and all of my questions. My treatment has been so effective under him that I've been able to start weaning off my asthma medicines.

We've seen Dr. Keichel several times, starting almost a decade ago. My husband has anaphalactic reactions to several things, so he's gotten his epipen refilled a couple of times, but mostly we really wanted to know what to expect for our son. Our first appointment, therefore, was just a test to see if he shared any of my husband's food or drug allergies. He didn't (YAY!). Our son was quite young at that time, and I didn't get the feeling that young children were really his and quot;thing.and quot; However, the care that he gave was excellent, he described things in detail, so while I didn't get vibes that he loved kids, he was still very proficient at doing his job, and that's really the most important thing. A couple years ago it became pretty obvious that our son does have seasonal allergies as well as environmental allergies of the more mundane sort (sneezing, runny nose, etc). Again we took him to Dr. Keichel, who ran a full panel and made some suggestions for how to minimize the impact of allergies. At that time, maintenance drugs were not required, and together we made treatment plans. Less than a year ago, our son had an episode of RAD. Once more, back to Dr. Keichel. This time, we did decide on maintenance medications, we had follow-ups, and eventually we found a course of treatment that works for us. Throughout all of these sessions, Dr. Keichel and the other staff have always been very thorough, and always asked questions and really LISTENED to the answers. He didn't come swooping in from above, tell you the ONE WAY, and then swoop out leaving you confused and frustrated like many doctors do. I never felt like he was prescribing the exact same thing to my kid that he's given every other kid that week, though I'm sure that the treatment wasn't unique by any means. When we called the office and asked for a prescription for a drug available OTC so that it would be applicable for our MSA plan, we had the script within a day.I'd recommend the office to anyone!

It took some time to get an appointment (this is a good sign, right?), but once I had an appointment, I was seen by Dr. Mehta who was kind and caring and took the time to accurately diagnose my allergies. While I decided against allergy shots, the doctor helped guide me in lifestyle changes, what to avoid, and prescribed meds to alleviate my symptoms as needed. I am thankful for his care and encouragement!

From the start of the appointment he was 'looking' for ways to increase my billing - such as - what type of work do I do? (heavy equipment) do I use ear plugs, head phones, etc? Then worked the sinus issue appointment into a hearing appopintment as well. He sent me for a scan of my sinuses for evaluation. Upon return to his office (within the same hour) his WHOLE attitiude changed! When looking at the cd from the scan, when asked a question he replied - rather snotily - "when you have 30+ years of medical training - that is how you know!" When I tried to address the question in a different manner & received pretty much the same response, we got up and left and have never returned.
