  • He fixed the seal, but then the engine started leaking oil heavily and had an exhaust leak that wasn't there before.  I went back to speak with Ken, and he avoided me two different days.  The first day, as soon as he saw me, he scampered to the back and his wife told me he was busy. The next day, I made an appointment to see him.  When I got there his wife told me Ken was out driving/testing a car.  I waited for 20 minutes and then went outside.  I saw him around the corner in one of the garages.  His wife lied; he was there the whole time.  

    He said he would fix the leak a few days earlier, but after I approached him about the leak, he refused to fix it, and used horrible language towards me.  He said the "F" word multiple times towards me and my son.  He told us if I wanted to have anything else done, I would have to take him to small claims court.  I was just trying to calm him down, because I wanted it done.  I have never been treated like that by a business owner.  I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone.

  • He was very helpful and made arrangements to stay late even though he had other plans that night. He had the car ready for us and met our pricing needs for a vehicle. He does not just rely on area used vehicles but also gets them from his father in Texas. I am very pleased with the Toyota Camry we bought for him. In the future we plan to return to this location on 27th street in Scottsbluff.

  • I have a lease vehicle and I had to have it repaired before I turned it in but I honestly know nothing about cars or getting them fixed.  A co-worker recommended these guys so I gave them a shot.  They were very informative about the process related to the leasing company, the insurance company, and the rental arrangements.  They scheduled it right away and made sure a rental car would be ready for me.  The experience was pleasant.  I have never had my vehicle fixed before so I didn't know where to start but my co-worker was right, they did take care of me.  
     As for my vehicle, it finally doesn't look like it has dimples.  I couldn't be happier with the repairs.  It was even cleaned and detailed up.  Everything seems to as normal and I can't tell its been repaired.  I haven't noticed any new noises or issues.

  • Overall, the experience was less than good. The people that work are very friendly, however the errors they make take that away from them. Not putting a oil filter on tight enough is a huge mistake and could cost them or the customer dearly.

  • GREAT CAR WASH!! I used to go to Paradise Car Wash until a few weeks ago.. they are self proclaimed "number 1 in scottsbluff" the workers of Paradise are nothuing but a bunch of pot-head teenagers.
    i had 2 of my vehicles scratched all to h*** with thier micro-fiber cloths. these cloths picked up all of the dirt and rocks from the truck ahead of me and caused over $300 worth of damage! i brought this to the owners attention twice and she REFUSED to do anything about it. my wife went to paradise a week later with her car and the same thing happened. one day i was driving past Monument Car Wash and decided to pull in.. i was shoched at the level of profesional custiomer service. truely OUTSTANDING! the attendant was nice and made the experience very good. also i liked that this car wash is touchless and does wonders. in the day-time, the line is almost always long but this is well worth the wait.

  • We were shopping for a second car and we had bought my wife's car there the month prior. We checked websites, etc for prices and went to look at the Jeep on the lot there. Gene showed it to me, handed me the keys and had me go check it out. It was a good vehicle and it checked out on the carfax so we went ahead and got it. They were able to finance it through my credit union which made me happy since it keeps my payments all together. I drive it everyday for both short trips and long ones. Love it. After I bought it, the check engine light came on and Gene and the dealership worked profusely to get it corrected. They ended up changing 2 O2 sensors AND a new catalytic converter. A lot of effort and money went into them fixing the vehicle for me and they never argued once, nor did they complain about about doing it or try to get out of it. They got it done and I've not had any issues.All I can say is they're straight-shooters and honest folks.

  • I was first very impressed by Don's honesty when I went in for a diagnostic. He hooked my car up to the computer, ran in through the gears a couple times, and told me the shifting looked fine. I was so glad to hear that, and he said "I'll always give you an honest answer, no matter whose feelings get hurt, even if it's mine!" So, I brought it back there a few days later to get the fluid flushed, as he recommended, since it looked pretty dirty. They did the work while I waited (a couple hours), and it totaled exactly what I'd been quoted.

  • I was very pleased with the atmosphere of the place from when I first walked in - my salesman, John Novak, was very low-pressure (I hate high-pressure salesmen), willing to show me just what I asked for and seemed very honest about what he told me about the car. He said he had been a mechanic before working here and when I expressed concern about the transmission fluid's color, he offered his experience from being a mechanic - I have since gotten that fluid changed and it didn't turn out to be any worse than he'd predicted, so I believe he was very honest with me. He let me test drive the car by myself for as far as I wanted and he showed me the CarFax and the many mechanical things they had checked out (and just a few things they'd had to change). Finally, then when I bought it, I was able to talk a few hundred $$ off the price for a cash deal!

  • The quality of their work seems great. They were very punctual in getting me a quote, and the repair work was done within a couple hours. However, compared to what I've heard for other places, $600+ for just the front brakes seems quite steep. I got ripped off because I'm a young single female, or if the labor costs or whatever are really that much higher here (I'm relatively new here and haven't taken my car anywhere else). It's entirely possible I'm just not familiar with the going rate around here.
