    My issue lies in Customer Service. I needed a key FAB programmed and cut for one of the vehicles (I already have the FAB). I asked the service manager if they would program my key as a courtesy since I had just spent nearly $3000 with the department. He informed me that there would be a $50 fee, since that is what he would have to pay his technician. One would think to maintain customer satisfaction, the service manager could find a way to offset this cost, especially when the price of a wheel hub is marked up nearly 5-10 times (not including labor). Next time I need to spend $3000 on my vehicles, I will definitely be looking for someone who values my business instead. UPDATE 6/13/19: I received a call from the service manager at Midway Dodge, etc. I was mistaken in that my original interaction was not with the Service Manager, but one of the Service Associates. The Service Manager apologized for the poor experience and offered to program my key. I appreciate that he reached out to ease my frustration and make the matter right in my eyes. Interactions like this will retain business and gain my trust.

    Tony came to my apartment to change the oil on my Ford Fiesta. He was there at 10:30 just like we had planned. I stayed outside with him and he was very social and I even learned a few things about my car that I did not know. When he was finished he cleaned up well and offered to look at the abs light on the dashboard too. I told him that I wasn't worried about it and he didn't pry. He seemed like a very knowledgeable guy and I appreciated learning a few things.

    Very well. They saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what other estimates reported. It is still running great. There was water in the gas and he drained the tank, cleared the lines, and changed the fuel filter. It would have cost a fortune to have it repaired elsewhere.

    Very accomidating for emergency oil change. Added additive to help clean up engine. Explained what needs to be done to remedy problem. Checked out vehicle completely and found several other things to address, before they became a real problem. Very friendly place. Even a pet friendly place. The seemed to really know what they are doing. Will recommend to others.

    It took awhile to finish the job because it was a newer car. 2008 ford fusion with a fried out computer and a bunch of ignition errors. The people that handled my service were very professional about handling the repairs.

    In addition to changing my oil and oil filter, GMC checked the fluids in my car, tire pressure, and a number of other things. As a college girl that doesn't know anything about cars, this was extremely helpful and much more than I expected. It's a little more expensive to get my oil changed here than at other places in town, but the extra help/service is worth it.
