Terry was quick to respond for my new business. He looked at the floor and explained that it would need to be heavily skim coated in order to epoxy it, this would entail additional time and effort by the crew. I agreed to the price and pd it. Despite having a lifetime warranty within a month the epoxy began to bubble. I called him immediately and although he did not respond quickly he did respond....

Floor looked great the first two years. However, this company did not do a moisture test. In the fourteen years before having the garage floor coated, we had no standing water or moisture issues. We have since found out that we have a higher than normal moisture pressure, which did not show up until the coating was applied and created a problem known as efflorescence. This company was very responsive in the beginning, but we never received a quote and any sort of follow-up after the initial visit. We ended up installing hardwood floors.

Terry came out to give us an estimate and we had the bid five days later. We went back and forth with calls and emails but settled on a plan and an estimated date of pouring.
