    Emerald arranged to have movers present ......two hours after pod was delivered. The pod people changed their time and Emerald Moving accommodated the change within the hour. Emerald made payment arrangements after was completed. The whole transaction and communication with me being in Omaha, Nebraska, went smooth. The Emerald Moving company in Eugene, Oregon deserves 5 stars. Over the top ! Customer service #1. Movers that came to the residence in Eugene worked with my father, we just recently lost, my mom. Out in under an hour.....packed sufficiently. Great Job

    The project that Scott developed and designed for us had very strong personal meaning. Our son passed away in October of 2018 and we were working to develop a banner that acknowledged and honored a scholarship that has been established in his name. We came to know Scott through a close friend who helps to organize the scholarship. In developing the graphics that would be placed on the banner, Scott took the time to get to know us, know our son and know his story. This was all reflected in the finished product. The graphics, pictures and themes he used in the image, captured everything that we could have hoped for, and more. The banner reflected those things that were important to and about our son throughout his life- faith, strength, courage, compassion. It also captures those things that are important to us as we move forward with our lives and this project- faith, hope, trust, peace. I personally would not have thought that one image could encapsulate and reflect so much. And to that- it could not and would not have if Scott had not invested the time and work on the front end of the project to gain the understanding of what was, what is, and what we believe and hope will come to be. I would definitely recommend Scott. The work he did for us was completed on schedule and professionally done with his personal touch.

    He got here and determined that the connection was fine and that a CD was stuck in the player. We removed and it began working fine. I then asked him if he could sync the remotes so I would only have to use 1. He said he could and started to work on it, but had a computer issue and had to go home and he took the remotes with him to work on. He came back the next day and worked for a couple hours before having to leave again. He came the following day, worked for a couple hours before saying that nothing was working and leaving. My home theater was working before he came and now nothing is working at all. I called him and he said he would fix it, but that was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from him. I am very unhappy with this experience.

    Brought in new phone with cracked screen. After weeks of waiting and no communication from them at all... I finally called them to find out my phone is ready to go.... wonder how long it's been ready for... recieved the phone with the back of it severely heat fractured and blown out gapped. I paid $181.90 for this now piece of crap... I could have fixed it better myself watching YouTube. WARNING DON'T BRING YOUR PHONE TO CONTINENTAL CELLULAR!!!

    I have had Cox for internet services for years and in December of 2019 was going to switch my cable over to them from DirecTV. On 12/16/19 the Cox tech came to my house to do the install, after disconnecting everything including my current Cox internet he said he couldn't do the install and another tech would need to come out and do it. At that point I asked him if we at least had working cable and internet as my wife has an in home daycare and I usually work from home, he assured me we did and packed everything up and left, however we did not. I called Cox on 12/16/19 and asked for someone to come out and hook stuff back up and was told they could not so I said forget it just cancel the cable and phone, leave the internet and I will figure out how to hook it up. On 1/21/20 I received a $300+ bill from Cox and called to see what was going on as my bill should be for $112 for just internet. The person on the phone said it was for cable, phone and internet, after over 45 minutes on the phone he said he got it all fixed. On 2/18/20 I received another bill, this time for $711.20. I again called to see what was going on and this time I was being charged for equipment that was never installed and never in my possession, after an hour on the phone they said they escalated it and I would here something back by 2/21/20. That never happened and today 2/28/20 my checking account got hit for the full $711.20, I again called and one person started telling me it was from equipment from 2018 and not 2019 but I let her know that I had the return receipt from 2018 and when the supervisor came on she went back to 2019. I have all 5+ hours of these conversations on recording for proof that they flat out stole my money.
