  • Horrible! I have an extended warranty policy thru Assurance on a washer bought at NFM. I was given Metro TV Audio Tech's information as a contact that would service the washer via an agreement with both NFM & Assurance. My initial contact was met with negative comments on NFM. After being transferred - I was again met with a very negative attitude and rudeness by the woman that schedules the service. I contacted Assurance back & requested an alternate service to repair my washer. I tried to contact the owner/manager of Metro TV Audio Tech to let them know my dissatisfaction with their choices of employees. But was never contacted - Apparently the owner/manager does not care about customer satisfaction or hearing about disgruntled employees. Both Assurance & NFM have been informed of my dissatisfaction. I am an extremely busy person & rarely take the time to review companies but since I had such a bad taste in my mouth with this company & their rude employees - I felt I needed to do one. I was VERY happy with the alternate NEBRASKA HOME APPLIANCE. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

  • Our furnace just went out 3 weeks ago. We had three estimates before choosing SOS, because they were the cheapest. As they say, " you get what you pay for". First off, the installers were not very friendly nor communicative. WE DIDN'T HAVE A WORKING FURNACE AND THEY KEPT LEAVING THE MAIN DOOR OPEN. One of the installers was a smoker and tossed all of his cigarette butts in the yard. They wired the furnace wrong, so the Utility Inspector couldn't get it started. They ran the condensation drain out of the house in a way it would back up and freeze, so we had them come back out and change it. Good thing I caught it. And they ran the intake and exhaust out the chimney, which was fine. What wasn't fine was that the intake was at a 45* facing West rather than a 90*, which allowed for the elements to enter the piping. We also had them come back out for this. The installer ended up putting the extra 45* on the wrong pipe, so now the install will not pass inspection. I would not recommend this business to a friend.

  • I am not sure the TV seemed to work properly when it was finely returned but since has taken spells of not starting as it should, My impression is that all capacitors were not replaced and a problem is again starting.

  • Chris was hired to rebuild a deck, he asked for a deposit of several thousand dollars to be put down to purchase materials. After over a month of waiting for him to begin work he agreed to meet in person to discuss his plan moving forward. He apologized and said the work could't begin for at minimum 3-4 weeks and possibly longer. 

    Chris was asked at that point if he had even purchased any materials for the project and he said no, this led us to have zero confidence in his ability to complete this project. At that point he was asked to return the deposit and a new contractor would be hired. Chris agreed to return the deposit and informed us that he didn't have a company check, but would be  back with a cashiers check within an hour - that was the last communication has with Chris/ Vanesko Services. 

    I would NOT recommend working with this company, they purposely didn't perform what was promised and never intended to return the deposit check that was already deposited.  Buyer beware.

  • Futuramic Products is a really good company. We've been using them for a few years and we're very pleased with them. They're very prompt, show up on schedule and we never had a problem with them. They never had to come back for not getting right the first time. I would recommend them just because they do as advertised and I think they're reasonable. They do as advertised, you can't beat that. They're professional.

  • Even though the bike shop indicated that they fixed the flat tire on my bike and performed a tune up, I experienced another flat tire upon riding the bike home. I took the bike to a different bike shop after that and the other bike shop confirmed that the bike needed a new rim strip and that the previous bike shop (Re-cycle Bike Shop) should have replaced the rim strip. After finding out this news, my wife called the manager at Re-Cycle Bike Shop who was unfortunately very rude and not responsive to the concern that they did not adequately repair the flat / fix the bike. She then asked for the owner (Mike) to call her and speak with her about the issue. The owner never called back and when my wife repeatedly called back and finally was able to get a hold of the owner, he was also very rude and ended up hanging up the phone on her. Both my wife and I want to be very supportive of local bike shops, but unfortunately, the Re-Cycle Bike Shop does not provide good customer service nor proper bike repair services. In light of this, I would strongly recommend that people avoid taking their bikes or purchasing items from this bike shop.

  • I initially went with my husband for him to drop his bike off for service. We have talked about me getting a bike off and on since we live so close to the West Papio trail and walk it frequently with our dogs. After walking around the store looking at the bikes, I asked a sales person to show me a couple of bikes within a certain price range. He had me ride a Cannondale and a Trek Hybrid. I have rheumatoid arthritis and didn't want to purchase a bike that was going to hurt my back or cause joint strain. He was not pushy whatsoever and knew what to show me. We took the Cannondale and Trek out to the parking lot and he suggested I ride each one around the lot a couple of times and even ride into the neighborhood. After riding each bike twice, I ended up with the Hybrid. I did pay more for it because of the accessibility, ride, and overall bike and seat comfort. My husband and I both purchased helmets, water bottle holder, and a kick stand which contributed to the price. My husband got the call yesterday that his bike is available for pick up. Now if the weather cooperates, we'll be on those trails soon! I was very pleased with my overall experience and I highly recommend them.
