  • I saw Dr. Zabad after relocating from Missouri.  It took over a month to get into the office, but that is typical with neurology.  Dr. Zabad was very friendly and thorough.  I have a few more tests before I see what our plan is for treatment, but she was very inquisitive which is good for a doctor.  She seems very knowledgeable and look forward to her taking over my care.

  • Dr. Moravek is a very kind, smart and patient doctor. I went to him with a probably diagnosis from my rheumatologist of a form of muscular dystrophy and he did all the necessary tests in a kind and professional manner. He helped me pinpoint which type of muscular dystrohpy I have and even helped refer me to the Mayo Clinic for ultimate diagnosis. Often times, I am left waiting in the room for long periods of time before he even comes in, he runs behind a lot. Also, the receptionist for the office isn't very nice, on the phone or in person. I've dealt with her on many occasions. However, his nurse assistant is extremely pleasant and will go out of her way to help you any way she can. I give his actual office and location a C and his actual manner and treatment an A.

  • I went for an annual check up for epilepsy. He is very knowledgable and so is his staff. He is talks with his patients and does everything he can to make sure they are living their lives seizure free. I appreciate this aspect about him, his PA, and nurse case managers, who are all equally as friendly and dedicated as him.

  • They are related to the University Of Nebraska Medical Center. That is where you would go if he refers you for any work that you have to have done. The Mid West Regional Epilepsy Associates is the name of his practice. He is very friendly and very professional and you can tell he is knowledgeable in his field. My son has an implant and he is one of the few doctors that can deal with that. It is like a deliberator to his brain, so he is very special. We see him a couple times a year. He has a nurse assistant so if you call with a question they will contact him to get the answer for you. He has a big practice so you are not always going to speak to him you would speak to his assistant. They always respond within 24 hours when you call. He has such a large practice I don't think he can do it all himself. They are extremely punctual. He sees you within 15 minutes of you walking in the office. We will continue to use this doctor's services for my son in the future.

  • Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and came up with treatment plan. Has excellent bedside manner and genuine concern for patient. Treatment is ongoing because RSD is not curable. I am comfortable with her care and confident in her ability to treat me.

  • I went to see her because she was recommended by my psychiatrist. She tested me and discovered that it was a medication that was causing my problems. She had a great bedside manner and was very thorough.

  • I have been going to him for about three years now. He is fantastic and was recommended to him. He listens to me and answers all of my questions. He is really patient and helpful to me. He also has an email system and I can email them any questions I may have. He is usually great at keeping his appointments on time.

  • Our initial meeting was a little rocky. My mom was in terrible pain and was nauseous and vomiting. The office staff at one of Dr. Spangler's locations was not overly-friendly. However, upon further meetings, we were highly impressed with Dr. Spangler's thoroughness, intelligence and extreme professionalism. She performed back surgery on my mom and removed a tumor that was compressing her spine to about one third of its normal size. The surgery went well; however, the tumor did end up being cancerous. Dr. Spangler has worked with my mom's oncologist radiologist to share the MRIs and other pertinent information.
