  • We changed sprinkler contractors last year to Nature's Helper their expertise in Water Conservation and Turf Management was evident during our conversations and the price line for the work they perform was in line with all other contractors I have worked with in the past. I would highly recommend!!

  • 09/26/2018 System was installed on 8-31-18. Nature’s Helper was prompt on their arrival time and their installers worked very hard to get my system completed. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever used. From the initial bid and meeting ( this gentlemen his name is Howard is one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever met). Their installers led by Juan were polite and professional all day. The follow up the next day by Justin was handled the same way very professional and he was very knowledgeable as well. All these people will do what is necessary to keep the customer happy. I have had contact with Dillion and he helped me with Controller changes. Valletta and Andrea have been very helpful when I have called or needed anything. A+++ company.

  • I was not at home when they came out. I saw nothing different in the yard either so I was not aware that they even came out. Then I got an invoice in the mail for $242.00! According the invoice, they sprayed the lawn for weeds ($43.00) but there was some mixup on their part and they also did a lot of other work I never requested which amounted to $242.00! I contacted the company and spoke to the owner Jeff Ferrin. No apology for the mixup and he refused to send me an adjusted invoice for just the broadleaf weed spraying only. I had to contact the BBB and file a complaint. The owner wrote that they had instructed me not to pay the bill. Which is completely and utterly false. The owner refused to admit they made an error and has refused to send me an adjusted bill. Without an adjusted bill they can still hold me responsible for the $242.00 and ruin my credit.

  • Best looking lawn on the block! Killed the weeds, reseeded where the weed kill made the ground bare, stopped what I think were grubs, and now I have thick green lawn...even between the sidewalk and street where the salt ends up...payment was monthly, amount shown is total for the year

  • Horrible. The crew wouldn't talk to me (maybe they couldn't speak english) and didn't do the job that I requested. I called Steve and told him to stop all services as I had hired another company to do the work. Now he calls me every week or so (bordering on harassment) . STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

  • Called to set up an aeration and they quickly came out to estimate and provide a reasonable price with recommendations for lawn improvement. When asked to proceed with aeration, I was informed the approximate wait time was about 4-6 weeks due to the need to service existing customers first. Though inconvenient, it's fair that they'd provide scheduled service to others as promised. It's a good problem to be busy and it seems others trust their service due to their apparent workload, but new customers beware - you may need to get in line. Long story short, they seemed nice and professional, but I found a different company to provide the same service within a few days.

  • Not well. And we didn't get too far! I sent email through Angie's list and received a phone call response quickly. They followed up with a call the next day to arrange a time. They were polite and seemed organized. However, when the gentleman came to my home he parked in the middle of my driveway---not allowing me to actually enter my own garage. After moving his car to let me park, I approached him and shook his hand, introducing myself. He did not introduce himself. He pointed to my lawn and said "That's the problem?" (My lawn is largely the thick Bermuda grass or "zoiza" that does not green until May). Of course I knew this was not a "problem" but wanted to see if he knew what he was talking about. So I asked him to explain the "problem." He pointed out the aforementioned grass and said "That grass is all dead." With that I shook his hand and told him that he will not be treating my lawn. I could see a lay person not understanding. But not a professional lawn treatment person. Warning: These people don't really know what they are doing if they call a type of grass quite common in this area of Omaha "dead." Run, don't walk.

  • We hired Go Green Lawns for the 2016 season. Our lawn was in pretty bad shape. By the end of the season, our lawn looked great. We were able to talk to Go Green about the needs of our lawn and we both came to agreements on what our lawn needed. We received prompt, professional service.

  • Crew Lawn & Landscape did a great job! The work was done in about 2.5 days which is almost exactly what I was told. It was also completed within the budget we agreed upon so there were no surprises when I received my bill. All of the workers were very friendly and professional. The patio looks great and my wife and I are looking forward to using it in the future!

  • I've been using this company for the last 6 months and things are going great. Dan is a nice guy with fair prices according to the size of your yard and what you are wanting done. He's always on time, does a great job and cleans up well. He goes the extra mile. The yard he mows is my grandma's. One day when Dan was there mowing, my grandma came home from the grocery store. Dan noticed she had a lot of bags and carried all of them in the house for her. She called me that day and told me what a nice man I picked to cut her grass.

One day I decided I wanted to surprise my sister and get her yard cleaned up and ready for summer. I called Dan and asked if he could get it done while she was at work and within the next day or so. He made it happen and fit it in to his already full schedule. He cleaned up the yard, mowed, aerated and over seeded it and put down fresh mulch. The yard looked brand new, which made my sister happy.
