    Premier Countertops Inc
It went great. Despite the circumstances, they made it an enjoyable and smooth process. They addressed all my concerns and it was a good experience. The place is just beautiful. Everyone that comes over always comments that they can't believe there is something like this in Omaha, Nebraska.

    B Douglas Construction Solutions
Finding a good contractor is difficult, which is why I am so thankful to have found Bryan Boyce at B Douglas Construction. He and his crews continue to provide effective communication and dedication to their profession over multiple projects. I didn't want the cheapest contractor out there--I wanted value and I got it. I also didn't want the project rushed. Any delays were clearly communicated and all issues (that inevitably come up in any construction project) were addressed. The crew even came back to fix up an item well after all payments were made--they didn't have to they just wanted it done right. I plan to use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

    Gary Rumbaugh Construction
His attention to detail is excellent, and he really cares about the finished project; everyone who sees the space - from friends to clients to other people who worked on the project - comment on how well it is constructed. We are in very close quarters with our neighbors (we share a driveway with one) and Gary was wonderful about keeping us and them in the loop every step of the process. I would hire Gary again in a heartbeat!

    Lasting Improvements
Brad and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with.  If I had another project, I would not hesitate in using them again.  I do have experience with remodeling; I had remodeled our prior home and that experience was not nearly as seamless as this one.  They were very conscience of our budget and stuck to it!  In addition we were able to move into the house 2 weeks sooner than expected.  They were very professional and maintained great communication throughout.  There were no suprises, and more importantly Brad always has the attitude that he can figure out a way to solve any problem that comes his way.  We were very lucky to have found them!!!!

    Ramm Construction
Ted and Jerry Ramm were very easy to work with and did a great job.  I had a million questions prior to and during construction and Ted was very patient with me.  We asked for a lot of modifications and upgrades to the model, mostly to accommodate our large family.  They were able to incorporate all of them beautifully and finished the house on time except for a 2 week delay due to extreme weather.  I thought some of the upgrades were a little pricey but in the end, it was all worth it.  We've lived here for 2 years now and still love our house.  Only significant problem  was a leaky master shower which caused ceiling damage on the floor below, but Jerry and his crew were very responsive and attentive to this - figured it out, fixed the leak and repaired the ceiling to perfection.  Several other homes in our neighborhood were also built by Ramm, including our neighbors' house - they wrote a letter praising Ramm and recommending them before we built our house, and we relied, in part, on that letter in deciding to go with Ramm.  Our realtor also had spoken very highly of them.

    Hill Custom Homes, Inc
We were recently replacing a patio and discovered the builder did not pour concrete footings under our deck post.  We called the builder and he told us  there was nothing he could do because the the house was out of warranty.  Warranty doesn't apple if the deck was not built to code.  We had to replace the deck due to the unsafe nature of the structure.  Builder basically told me to go pound sand and would not help out with the replacement.  He was very unprofessional and I would never use him again for anything.  Anyone who would build a deck that is 10 feet of the ground and not pour concrete footings should not be allowed to build houses.

    Hill Custom Homes, Inc
House is great, but we recently discovered the deck was not built to code and there were not any concrete footers poured under the deck posts.  This is against code!!!.  It is a walk out ranch and the deck is approximately 10 feet high.  We were told by a company doing patio work, that the deck was unsafe and the posts could shift causing the deck to collapse.  I contacted the builder on two occasions, the first attempt he did not respond to my email.  When I finally spoke with him he said he was not his responsibility since the house was out of warranty.  He also said he would "come after me" if I publically wrote a negative review against his company  By the time I spoke with him, the deck had already been removed since I have small children and did not want them around a deck that was not built to code.  He did not take any responsibility/accountability for the deck being built against code and did not even offer an apology.  I have since found out that he is responsible, since warranty expiration does not apply to code violations.  I do not want to bother with legal fees to go after the builder, but I thought others should know about my experience with Hill custom Homes, Inc.

    Welter Construction
Roger welter with welter construction came through and took care of our home after the April 2013 storm of last spring. Before him visiting us I had no idea the knowledge and experience needed in the process to help provide the things we needed to replace and repair for the status of our home . As home owners it's nice to have someone who knows the value of your home and gives you the right to express your concerns and or questions without making you feel obligated to them in some way or uncomfortable . From the very first meeting I knew that the process would be to move forward and continue to work with welter . Immediately From the phone calls to the insurance company and roger being at my home with adjuster who inspected our damage,,, we knew that the quality and care of our home was being taking into deep consideration , and without the experience we would not have been completely aware of what we had the right to go forward with , we were able to replace roof siding gutters a window and all the same on garage . The labor time it took once it was ready to go ,,,was fast , efficient ,,,and thorough ,. it's amazing what quality work does to the wow factor of even just a roof of a home . Never thought a roof was beautiful before ?! Although Roger seemed very busy ,,,and at times hard to reach he always came through and never made us feel like we were a bother , within reason he or someone from welter construction was there to answer questions or communicate with us what was to be expected next , considering all the things he was working on , the communication was understood . I never felt he wasn't doing what we agreed on , he had finesse and stayed humble , he was very charming to do work with and get to know . If your looking to get the service you ,,,as a home owner deserve (and if you can be a little patient with his response at times ) ;) I've come to know that's only because welter construction is busy working on your best interest for you as a home owner not just for them self , promise you it's worth the call to welter construction . So happy to have you in our preferred contractor list and now new friends contact . Thanks for being our construction commando :)" we hope that you have much much more satisfied and appreciative customers in the near future . After all ,,,You earned it !

I was surprised at how quickly the siding went up. I think it was just a matter of 2 days. They picked up their stuff and  my house was good to go. About a year later I had a little issue with some siding coming off and I called Scott up and the issue was fixed without me even realizing.

    Richard C Morford Construction
They did a good job. We had a concrete threshold and there was no step. He did a good job in replacing the threshold and then he put a step so people wouldn't have to climb up so high. He replaced the concrete in front of that and it really turned out well. The only thing is I should have had the step extend a little bit further in the concrete part of the sidewalk. That's not really his fault, I think what the customer has to do is they have to know what they want when they give instructions to the contractor. The concrete work that he did was very good. We don't have a falling threshold in front of the house anymore. The price was reasonable because I had check with two other concrete companies. He does good work at reasonable prices.
