    Neumann, LLC
The experience with Neumann LLC was great. Hailey made the whole process so easy. He walked me through the whole process of replacing my roof. He met with the insurance adjuster and helped get everything covered. His crew did a wonderful job on my roof. He also did a great job communicating with me on the whole process. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

    Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning
After Grandview did an excellent job on cleaning my gutters I kept finding squirrels and birds eating and playing in the gutter. One morning I told a squirrel to get out and he said "Make Me"! (could have been a woman, hard to tell by the voice). That was it, I decided to call Grandview again and get gutter guards. Once again they were prompt and even cleaned the gutters again for me before putting on some fresh new aluminum guards. In the Merriam Webster Dictionary the word "Complete" means to make whole or perfect. Mike and family made sure he did extra to make the job not only complete, but absolute for me. Even with the smallest detail. When a few of his workers dropped a few nails in the yard, they went out of their way to screen the area and pick them up.. The job was so complete and professional that once again they have me Completely Satisfied. The next morning the squirrel was on the roof discouraged. It looked at me and said "get them off...I said "Make Me"! Thanks Grandview Window & Gutter Cleaning, it's finalized. When I need any of the things that you do, I'll call on you. Peace, K.T.

    Innovative Roofing
Not good. The company was very enthusiastic at first. That was when they thought I wanted everything replaced as it was. But when I wanted to upgrade the shingles, install heating element under shingles to prevent ice jams, possibly replace siding that was not damaged and replace a small area of roofing with metal they lost interest and did not respond to my email and have not heard from since.

    Village Exteriors
Not good. Initially they were very enthusiastic. And I suspect the enthusiasm would have persisted had I wanted to replace with no upgrade or additions. When I mentioned that I wanted to upgrade the shingles, place a heating element under the shingles to prevent ice jams, replace a small roof on an addition with metal, possibly replace a side of the house that was not damaged with new siding, they lost interest and did not respond to my email and I have not heard from them since.

    Neumann, LLC
Did great work. Very contentious. Paid attention to the detail. Did more work than was expected and treated the house like it was his own. Job site was clean everyday. They kept me well informed regarding the progress.

    Nathan James Construction Inc.
Nate and his team were very refreshing to deal with. Nate is a no pressure kind of guy, he explained how he and his guys would do the job and gave me several options for shingle type and his pricing for repair and replace of the decking was the most reasonable of all the bids I got. They were very quick, and were done a day early with the roof and were done in less than a day with the gutters. They did a fantastic job of clean up and even took some trash that I had laying around waiting to get tossed without being asked. The clean up job was fantastic, everything looked better than when they started. I will be having him replace the roof of my current house and install new on my new garage. I highly recommend Nathan James, it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!

    Pyramid Roofing
PLEASE SEE PHOTOS: In the spring I had roofing supplies dropped on my driveway for replacement. The pallet of roofing materials sat there summer, fall and then in late November I was contacted that they would be able to replace roof and gutters. The old roof was removed when an intoxicated worker feel foot first from the roof into my upstairs ceiling causing a large hole...not once but twice. I was unable to communicate with the workers as they did not speak English. Roof was done and gutters installed but snow arrived and I was unable to inspect it. Large amount of the old roof debris was left undisposed of...on the side of the front of my property. In December my main sewer was blocked and a plumber was promptly called...the plumber had pulled out large wooden shake from the old roof in the main sewer drain...the wood shake was from the main vent stack when the roofing work was done. No real communication was done except that they acknowledged the holes in the ceiling. Underneath all of the soffits around the entire house have extensive damage (wood splitting and paint loss) due to too long of staples and old roofing nails hammered through. The gutters were not hung properly and do not slope as they should to allow drainage. There is a large exposed seam from the roof and the siding. Decking was was not completely covered in areas. The damage that was done to my property by the work that was done far exceeded the initial hail damage. This is not a "fly by night" company and locally owned but they have refused to give me the company sub contractors that did this work, which led me to believe that they may use those to sub contract. If you have had work done this company in the last 5 years I would strongly advise you to have an expert inspect the work that was done. Do not use this company if you are expecting quality work done right from the beginning to the end. LOOK AT THE PICTURES THEY ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! Update 5/24 Just found out that this contractor never pulled a permit for the removal and replacement of my roof and gutters!

    Nathan James Construction Inc.
Awesome job, well done! Upgraded to impact resistant shingles for the house and they even put them on our shed. Was well informed about work being done and when work would be started. Also did our gutters, they changed up the flow a little bit to better fit the house and it looks very good. Very professional and timely, work was completed in one day and clean-up was very precise with no noticeable debris left over. I hope to not need any service again any time soon but if I do, I will be using Nathan James Construction again!

    LeafFilter of Nebraska
Horrible and still going on. We wanted leaf guard protection and what we thought would be new gutters. The salesperson, Tripp Peterson (402) 321-4570 came out 3-22-2019 gave us a quote for our request and at the same time advised us we DID NOT need new gutters. This was provided to us in his contract and also the material provided to us. In this documentation it stated "we repair any damaged gutters and/or downspouts if necessary". He said we DID NOT NEED NEW GUTTERS. On Monday, 3-25-2019 the installation was to occur. Per Tripp on 3-22 who added on his installation supervisor, Tony, the crew would be at our home between 8 and 11 and that the job would take 4-5 hours. No one had to be home. I got my cashier check and waited and waited. I even called Tripp and got his VM. At 11:37 they arrived. I was very EXPLICIT that smoking was NOT allowed on our property and the person in the front passenger seat had a cigarette in his mouth. I advised Tim, the lead person of this. They finished the job at 1:15 and I told him what Tripp told me. He also said that we needed NEW gutters on 3 of the 4 sides of our house. He gave me a CERTIFICATE OF SATISFACTION FORM which I DID NOT SIGN. I did give him our check and advised him I would be calling Tripp. For the amount of money we spent, he said he would get $100. NOT my problem. He called Tony, his supervisor from my driveway to advise him I was not happy. Tim's cell phone is 712-318-0365. Tony's number is 402-981-8136. I also called their 800 number 800-749-4566 to escalate to a manager. I got disconnected and had to call back. The regional operations manager. Curtis Marshall talked to me and referred me to a Kevin Morrow who is the Sales Manager. His number is 843-469-7172. His response time, attitude, etc are awful. According to him now both installation and maintenance people report to him. He did not return voice mails, emails, and then set up appointments at his and Tripp desire. When they both arrived again, WE DO NOT NEED gutters because of no rust. He advised us he would be sending his LEAD technician on repairs because the initial installation was not done RIGHT. Did not hear from him. I again had to email him on 4-7 to find out if/when someone is coming out. We received a voicemail from Tony 402-981-8136 that his tech would be out the following day between 8-noon to fix leaks. I called him back ON 4-9 is when Rodney Bulling came out. It is Saturday, 4-13 and again my husband found additional problems and what was supposedly fixed, NOT. He will be trying to contact them on Monday. I have also sent an email to him today to see if he would be proactive to contact us before us having to chase him down and that is really the truth, I have copies of my emails, I have saved almost all my voice mails, I have hand written notes, my copy of the cashier check. I also was going to stop payment on the check which my bank advised me and my conversation with Tony on date of installation was frightening in the fact he stated I could not stop payment because I was paying for what they were hired to do. To this date, we still DO NOT HAVE what we paid for.

Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation Roofing Inc
Thompson and Thompson third generation are highly qualified contractors that performed a service in an extremely efficient and professional manner. They have done several jobs for us and each time they provide a superior product and service for a very reasonable cost. Our house is a Victorian with extremely high slopes and not an easy job at all. I am VERY happy with the outcome of each job they performed. My garage was the latest job we had them perform and the did it in half a day!!! Great work... We just had them come out to give us a quote for some odd jobs requested in a home inspection and they fixed them for no cost. AWESOME guys...
