    David's Electric
I was very pleased at the work that was done. However, the company was going to give additional estimates on some other projects that needed to get done. I never got additional estimates. I called twice both, both times I was reassured I would get those estimates, but I never did.

    Hand Electric
Hand Electric was able to replace the ceiling fan quickly. The workers were knowledgeable, worked quickly and did their best to keep any outside dirt from coming in the house. Will keep Hand Electric in mind for further electronic work around the house.

    Power Crew
Power Crew was great! We had them perform some work yesterday. Very professional and courteous. I was notified when the service tech was going to arrive with his name and photo. I will hire them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Jason!

Chuck and his foreman Patrick were wonderful to work with! They brought our vision to life. They worked with us on price, brainstormed alternatives and were flexible in changing up design throughout. Communication was timely and clear. Outside of this deck project, we have also used them for drywall repair. Highly recommend!

We were replacing a dining room chandelier and a ceiling fan with a light in the master bedroom. The installations went very well. The young man was great - friendly and professional. He was done in less than two hours. I will use that company again.

We are still in the middle of construction and it is going well! Chuck and his team have been great at communicating the progress and answering all of my questions either in person or via text/email. I met with Chuck in person several times to go over every detail of the project before we started. I was nervous at first but he quickly put my concerns at ease and has continued to do so throughout this experience. There have been no surprise fees outside of the bid that was given at the start of the project and so far were almost right on track to where he said he would be! I frequently make stops to my house unexpectedly just to see the progress and every time I go there is always a team member or Chuck himself ready to show me around. My work with HSP Construction has been a really positive experience and they are making my home exactly what I want it to be!

I highly recommend HSP Construction. Chuck Leo conducts his business with the utmost integrity. At the start of my project (full basement renovation down to the concrete block), he listened to my needs and worked well with my budget (including custom shelves for sports memorabilia and dry bar). Very patient as well. HSP is professional, prompt, and does high quality work. Its also notable that we found some unexpected issues as we went along as the home is older. Chuck clearly communicated all situations and offered reasonable solutions that we could decide upon. Very pleased with how these instances were handled. I plan to use this company again in the future.

    Warrior Home Services
The quality of craftsmanship provided by Warrior Home Services was exemplary. The kitchen remodel in our home that is over 100 years old turned out better then expected. We are the second family to live in our home and the carpenter / owner who built it would approve of the incredible work provided. We made changes to our plan which is difficult to plan around but things worked out for the best. Yes! We would highly recommend Warrior Home Services! Eternally grateful.

Chuck (owner), Patrick (Foreman), and their crew exceeded our expectations. They were the middle of three quotes we got on the job. We have a 1930's tudor with a roughly 200 sqft kitchen. They let us do the demo before coming in to replace all plumbing and electrical, remove a dividing wall, adding a structural support beam, bricking in a window, adding new larger windows, drywalling, new cabinets, wall tile, and refinishing the hardwood floors trapped under layers of laminate. The original quote was for roughly $60,000. Final cost still TBD. A few highlights about our experience: --attention to cleanliness: The crew cleaned the work sites after every day's work, and their care in this regard made our living in the house during the project as easy as it could be. They used all of the professional equipment (floor covers, zipper walls, etc). Other contractors we've hired have not always done this. --responsiveness: Though Chuck is a very busy guy, he always finds a way to get in contact with you, even at odd hours. We had weekly check-in meetings, and every major decision or change was run through us before execution. --professionalism: Every crewman and subcontractor had the same level of professionalism as the HSP core crew--top notch. --One issue with the flooring: After originally ripping up the laminate we were told the floors looked to be in great shape for refinishing, but after execution of the rest of the project we found too many ground-in staples and nails and ended up needing to rush to find matching antique floor boards. The final result is good enough, but does not live up to the high quality of all of the rest of HSP's work.

When I called to make the appointment about an outlet out on the deck that had no power I asked if there was a service call fee, and the lady replied yes, a $29 fee which I was okay with. When the technician arrived I took him out on the deck and showed him the outlet I was talking about. He told me that there would be a $110 diagnostic fee on top of the $29 service call. This is before he even started any work. I let him know that I was not happy. It turns out that the GFI had tripped. The technician discovered that the outlet receptacle was also cracked and replaced it at no charge. The total cost was $140. This is nothing short of a SCAM! I will never use this company's services again.
