  • Darrin and a trainee showed up on time, looked at the unit and fixed the noise problem. Also cleaned our condenser. It was quick and efficient and I received explanations as to what caused the problem and what they had done to alleviate this.

  • It went well, my stove is working properly again! I didn't expect it to cost as much as it did since I ordered my own parts, but it did take the tech Mike around 2 hours. He was very nice and professional & I will hire again if need be. Also, they did have a $15 coupon I used, so that helped.

  • I called Nebraska Home Appliance to help fix a loud sound coming from our dryer a couple days ago. They arrived on time today with the parts required to fix the dryer based on my Samsung model. Fortunately, they found lint, crud, and paper around the barrel/vent that was causing the sound. They cleaned it up and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The gentlemen were very professional and kind. I have used Nebraska Home Appliance before and have always been impressed with their service. The service fee is waived if you choose to have them fix the appliance.

  • Everything went very smoothly. Vince and Tanner were very pleasant and professional, and they were particularly patient with our rambunctious/needy/overly friendly goldendoodle, even as he “helped” as Tanner was lying on the floor looking underneath the dishwasher. :-) A part was needed and Vince made sure to go over pricing before doing the work. No surprises! I highly recommend using Nebraska Home Appliance.

  • Mike worked long and hard, even consulting with people in the shop. He did not give up and eventually got information that got the broiler to work without having to purchase any replacement parts. I was very happy with the outcome!

  • NHA was called about a problem with our refrigerator. The phone rep was so nice and set up an appointment. They called back and had to delay by two days to wait for LG to ship a part! The part did arrive and Mike came out! He was so nice! He tested a couple if things to trouble shoot and found the problem! It only took about 15 minutes! He fixed the problem! He was very fast, curious and did not leave any mess! I can not thank him enough!

  • Darrin Schmid was the field service Technician... Excellent service !!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous.. I would definitely call Nebraska Home Appliance back again for repairs - i had the washer covered under warranty- so there was no charge- however if I did not have a warranty I would definitely call NE home appliance for any service that they have available .. They call ahead also to let let you know they are on there way ..very punctual !!! Excellent service !!!

  • I really appreciate the communication from Nebraska Home Appliance. The day prior to my appointment I received an e-mail reminder of the appointment time window. It included a picture of the technician, Darrin Schmid. The day of the appointment I received an automated call letting me know that Darrin was on his way. He put shoe covers on before entering my home, a respectful practice. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my washer and dryer. He is qualified and personable. I have called upon Nebraska Home Appliance several times for various needs and highly recommend them!

  • After I called Samsung and explained the Technician was here and told me what was wrong, said this should be completely covered under warranty since Frig/Ice Maker was NOT a year old yet. I had to have a visit w/the Rep on the other end, but after 40 minutes, she granted an extended Warrranty for Frig/Ice Maker to cover ALL parts & labor. I could not or would not have known this, had I not had NE Appliance come and check out the issue. Thank you Shannon for a job well done. He is our guy for ALL servicing of our appliances since we moved here in 2016.
