    Worthey's Construction
The job was bid at $3000.00 for the electric and $4000.00 for the livingroom and was to be done in 2 weeks. The job ran over by 2 days caused by not knowing that there was 2 more walls behind the existing wall. You can never tell what you have with a 100 year old house. Mr. Worthey and his crew worked professionally and quickly to complete this job. I like to be a part of the process so Mr. Worthey gave me a list of the materials he would need and I went to the stores of my choosing to purchase the materials. Because I purchased all the matieral Mr. Worthey did not ask for any payment until the job is completed to my satisfaction. He reminds me of Mike Holmes and takes great pride in his work. The electric work was done with little to no interruption to my life in the house. My husband and I have already asked Mr. Worthey for a bid on a new bathroom for next year. I know he is trust worthy and will complete all aspects of a project on time and with great care.

    Quality Custom Carpentry
We moved to Alma NE in October. We had contacted James Bowen to give us an estimate on a remodel of the home we purchased. We wanted to put in a new front door, remove 2 bedrooms walls which also involved removal of a supporting wall. We were removing the 2 bedrooms so that we could have a open floor plan that worked with kitchen. The laundry room was behind the kitchen which we needed moved to the current front room.  James looked over the supporting wall to make sure that he could remove the wall and told us that he would probably have to brace the wall with a beam which would appear in the middle of the rooms.  James then explained that he would not be able to start the remodel until after Christmas. He also stated that he would understand if we went with another contractor because of the time frame, but he was not going to start our project and then leave us hanging while he finished his other projects.  I was very impressed with him for being so up front and honest stating the fact he could not start until after Christmas as we have had other contactors start and maybe 6 months later they would come and finish the project after you have called them several times. James and his helper showed up every day until the project was finished. James would continue to ask us questions during the process to make sure he was following our request and explaining the procedure it would take. James would also make suggestions that could save us money if the procedure was a little different than what we wanted.   What should have taken 6 to 8 weeks to complete, James completed in 4 1/2 weeks! WOW! He worked late in the day to finish a project before going home and there were times he worked on Saturdays in order to finish then job quicker. GREAT person to deal with!

    Versatile Roofing LLC
We live in Michigan but our retirment home is in Nebraska and Versatile Roofing made us feel so welcome. Living in Michigan and trying to schedule things in Nebraska is not an easy task, but Mike Masur and the Versatile crews were so professional and courteopus - it was such a pleasure working with them. These guys know what they are doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  They removed 3 layes of old shingles and halled them away - installed new sheeting - added the proper ventilation for the attic - cpved gable end vents - wrapped soffit - installed eaves trough's/gutters - wrapped garage windows and garage door opening - so we don't have to worry about rot or painting.  They are a wonderful company and work very hard to make sure they do everything the right way and that you are happy. Thanks Versatile Roofing!!!!

    Charles A Wolcott Construction
Wolcott Construction was exceptional on keeping track and in completing the project as they had bid. He made extra effort in keeping us updated on what his plans of action was from day to day was and was very honest with us on expense. We were happy enough with this project that we have asked for a bid on our roof. He tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us, since it was our only bathroom. He also used exceptional other resources such as tile layer, dry wall individual and plumber. They all were user friendly. I would diffinitely recommend Charles Wolcott for construction. I am very happy with his services.

    Worthey's Construction
I had hired a contractor and a plumber to refinish my rental house. I paid $5000.00 up front with the balance due when the work was to be finished. Four months later I was frustrated, angry, and at a total loss at what to do. Along came Frank Worthey. Worthey Construction took over and finished all the work plus extras in a matter of 2 weeks! He helped negosheate a refund with the original conractor and finished all the work so professionally. Frank called whenever there was a question as to what material I wanted, and how I wanted things done. I can never ask for more. Frank was my lifeline during this horrible time.

    Charles A Wolcott Construction
I had Chuck do a similar job last year, and you can't even see where the repair was made from the ground. All tasks were completed in a timely fashion, at a very reasonable price. Good skills with facia, sub-facia, framing and trim.I hope to use him on a much larger project very soon!!

Excellent. He was polite, kept us informed on progress. Asked our opinion throughout the entire process. Highly recommended. Will be hiring him to finish our basement in the future.

    Terry's Handyman Services
He is handy at everything. He works based on a bid rather than an hourly rate, which I do appreciate. With the drawer project, he called me in at various junctures to ask me questions about exactly how I wanted things. That is a valuable trait, knowing when to ask questions. He is always on time, he's a pleasant person, very neat and cleans up the worksite well. I have already lined him up for some additional projects. It is hard to find someone good in this area who is also not backed way up. Terry just moved to this area a year ago so his business is still young and growing. I'm sure he will be as backed up as the others eventually given the quality of his work.

    JC Home Improvements
This was a very frustrating experience.  It started out well but as it progressed, deteriorated to something I just wanted to be over.  More hours were spent cleaning up trim and fixtures after the interior texture than should have been and could have been spent painting.  Professionalism also seemed to be in rather short supply and made it a very frustrating "just wish this was over" experience for me.  Perhaps working with a man who takes an interest in the quality of their work would produce different results.
