  • Took my car on 04/3/2017 to have a new exhaust was charged over $500 On 8/6/2018 I’m in need of a new exhaust it’s clearly still under there 3yr 36000 mile warranty on all parts and labor I take it to thenm and they wont honor there warranty! they also left me a voicemail stating that there gonna call there lawyer if I don’t contact them with in 24hrs I posted all of it on there Facebook page for proof very unprofessional and know way to treat a customer of over 8yrs.

  • Within 5 minutes they found one of my tires was out of round and had a hump in it. Replaced the tire and I was back on the road in less than 1/2 hour. I was not even late for work!! They could have taken advantage of the situation and recommended lots of unnecessary repairs but Jensen Auto has always been completely honest. That's a quality that's hard to find today.

  • It was the same day. What stood out was the fact that they were willing to do it the same day when we found out the problem and get me in. It was kind of an emergency. The water going through them has to keep them cool, and without that you can't drive.

  • I had bought a plan of four oil changes. So, it didn't cost me anything other than the cost of the plan. I think they're comparable to other quickie places. They have some great people. They have a place where you can just drive in, and you don't need an appointment.I really appreciate the service advisor. She does an awesome job. If I need a filter change, air filter, oil filter, she'll let me know. If it's something that's broken, but not to the point that it needs to be replaced. She'll let me know that. I have a real good sense of comfort going to do business with them.

  • They changed the oil in my car. I needed a new filter. The, while I was there I bought a new car. The oil change was complimentary because I bought a new car. The service I had done on the car, I traded in, so that was nice of them. I ended up paying $24,000 for a brand new Toyota Prius. They were so amazing. I am very particular about what I want in my car, and I know exactly what I want. The salesperson took his time. He listened to what I wanted. He wanted to meet my needs he didn't want to just sell me something. I think they're great. We had some little hiccups along the way. I had some aftermarket things done to the car and my license plate got lost kind of in the process. They found it for me. They had someone bring it to my house and install it on the car. That's pretty responsive.

  • Owner is John Johnson. I've had very, very good luck with them for a number of years. Price is reasonable. When you pull into their establishment, it looks like a junk yard, but they really do a good job! They are very good here. They are usually booked up a solid week ahead. Once they have the vehicle, they are right on it. They give you a detailed print out of everything they did.

  • I had bought the car from them brand new. They didn't charge e, they give me free stuff. I think when you buy a car from them you get free oil changes. There was no change, it was under warranty. I buy all my cars from them. It took a couple of hours for the work to be done. They do like a 20 point inspection or whatever they call it. They're easy to work with. My first impression was very good.

The fact that while it was there for tires, they fixed the two items on the car under warranty, one of them was a recall, and the other item was that water leak I was telling you about. They also showed on the invoice a %10 discount on parts and labors.

  • That was free, because I had on their points, their frequent buyers program, I'm still up for two free oil changes, so I caged in on one. As far as professionalism, how they handled the transaction, they did very well, I guess I would rate that as an A, because they treated the customers with courtesy and respect for their time, as well as the customer's wants and needs. One of the things I guess that stood out, was the waiting area was neat and clean, the reading materials they had out, that was all neatly stacked, the place is neat and comfortable.
