  • They changed the oil in my car. I needed a new filter. The, while I was there I bought a new car. The oil change was complimentary because I bought a new car. The service I had done on the car, I traded in, so that was nice of them. I ended up paying $24,000 for a brand new Toyota Prius. They were so amazing. I am very particular about what I want in my car, and I know exactly what I want. The salesperson took his time. He listened to what I wanted. He wanted to meet my needs he didn't want to just sell me something. I think they're great. We had some little hiccups along the way. I had some aftermarket things done to the car and my license plate got lost kind of in the process. They found it for me. They had someone bring it to my house and install it on the car. That's pretty responsive.

  • I bought a used RV and was not informed of issues with the Rv. There were water spots on the ceiling and the salesperson told me they fixed the leak....first rain, the carpet was ruined...the leak had not been fixed and I had to replace the seal around the slideout. The roof needs to be resealed and will cost about 3K. One week after purchasing it, we were camping and when ready to leave the RV would not start. I called the salesperson and he basically said "too bad, you bought it as is, now it is your problem". When I asked for my money back, he laughed at me. I had the RV towed and the problem fixed for about $2,500. They also told me the batteries were new but they were not and that cost $1,700.

  • Scott E was great to work with!! It was my first time buying a car (without parents) and it was a great experience. I'll be going back to Sid Dillon for my next car!! They were really great to work with. They were profession and helpful throughout the sales process. After I bought my car, I noticed my car was having issues with the struts. I called Scott and he told me to bring it in and they would take a look. later that day, I received a call saying I needed new struts. I was worried as I was sure it wasn't covered under my warranty (which it wasn't) and how much it was going to cost me and the turn around time. the technician explained they had already replaced them and they were covering the full cost!!!

  • Their service was excellent and their price was good. They don't dicker and the car was in excellent condition. I drove it until I wanted a bigger car and did not have an iota of trouble with it. I loved the car and so did my wife. I can't say one bad thing about them. They were straight up and told me what the car cost. There was no haggling. I went in there and told them what I wanted and they showed me what I wanted. I picked out what I liked and everything went smooth as can be.

  • I purchased a used car from them in April of 2013. They wouldn't negotiate on the price, at all, but yet after agreeing on their ale price, I look at the Internet and the car is listed $500 below what we agreed on! Then, it took over a day to get the salesman to have that $500 taken off the sale price! I purchase the car only to find out that the A/C didn't work ($100 fix), there was a crack in the left headlight ($250 fix) and the paint on the trim below the doors immediately started flaking away ($500 fix)!! I would stay as far away from them as possible!

  • I have always used Tracy graham as my sales person and she is the BEST. But I can't stop there, if you ever deal with the sales manager,Neal, you are still working with good people. Parts and service will treat you More than fair. I demand a lot when I do business and Performance has always delivered........ Top Notch.

  • We thought their price was definitely reasonable.  I liked the trading amount that we got, their one-on-one training on the GPS and the navigation and all that.  They had what we wanted when we drove up on the lot and we didn’t have to wait for them to order us one.  The pricing was definitely better than what we could get here.  We will absolutely use them again in the future.
