  • I tried to return this product, but the proprietor would not honor his guarantee of customer satisfaction.  The product was left at my door step by UPS, had its original product information attached to the lid, the seal was still in tact and the product had an expiration date of August of 2016.  I had no opportunity to refuse deiivery.

  • Best vet clinic in the area. We have been using this clinic since the seventies. Whether it's boarding or care for our dog this is the best place to go. You get top notch care from all. Our dog is always happy going in and coming home and we always get a good report. The vet techs fall in love with our Lab. A trusted place I can attest to.

  • After leaving our doberman there several Saturdays in a row, we felt comfortable leaving our dog there for a week while we were out of the country. I think the facility was very nice, clean and we liked the fact there was both indoor and outdoor play areas for large dogs. We have used several kennels in the past, and were desperately trying to find one where our dog could play with other dogs (which he does VERY well) or can have alone time in a kennel run (not crate).
The "resort" is run by the owner, his girlfriend and young 18 year old kids. I think none of them have any real dog experience, training ect. We used the cameras too "check-in" on him, which we did see him on/off the first three days. After that, we NEVER saw him again.  We did have my mother check in on him once, where she did see him in kennel run, where his water bowl had spilled and he was in the back of the run trying to avoid it (he HATES water). She did ask them to clean it up. We also had her pick him up for us on his last day since our flight got in late. She did ask why he was not in the play areas the last three days, and one of the kids said they were TOLD he was aggressive, and was not to put him with other dogs, and put him out back by himself.
When we got back I was very concerned to learn our dog was aggressive, so I made a special trip to the Pet Resort to ask question about his behavior, what he had done, and was it towards a person or another dog, as I would want to know as his owner and for future knowledge. We had NEVER seen our dog act aggressive towards any person or animal. If anything he is a big wimp and will yipe and lay down if another dog scares him, so I was very confused! He may be a doberman and look the part, but acts like a Golden Retiever.  I asked a young girl and the owner's girlfriend (that works the front desk). The girl said she was told he was aggressive. The owner's girlfriend, snapped at her and said "He's NOT aggressive, where did you hear that?"  The girl (who looked terrified) said "You told me that". Long story short, there was some type of mix up and "somehow" our dog got labeled aggressive. They basically left him in isolation except when a boy would play outside with him for 15 minutes at a time. They apologized about the miscommunication, although they did not take any off the $250 bill. I was paying for doggie daycare. If I wanted my dog left in a kennel run most of the time, I could have taken somewhere else for 1/2 the price.  Also, I was a bit surprised of the miscommunication due to the fact we had been bringing him there for several Saturdays, so they would get to know him and his personality.  I personally think they were afraid of him being a doberman. If he was a Golden Retriever, I don't think this would have happen.
Desperate to make this kennel work, we did take him back a few weeks later for another Saturday for one more try. It was cold and raining that day. We left him for the whole day of daycare. We saw him first thing on the cameras for about 1/2 hour, then he vanished again. I thought maybe they gave him down time at lunch and checked back two hours later. Nothing. I watched the cameras on/off for another hour and then called. They said they had kept him outside since we dropped him off, almost like they had forgotten about him! Dobermans do not have a thick coat, it was 35 degrees out and raining on and off, he had to be freezing . They said they would bring him right in, which they did and proceeded to put him in a kennel and leave him there. By this time I was so upset we drove back up to pick him up early. They said he was aggressive, but never saw it. Well, they must have still had the old note on his file labeling him aggressive. Even though he acted nice for the first 1/2 hour, they just decided all of a sudden, that he was aggressive again, and stuck him outside. If your scared of certain dogs, then don't take them!
We have since taken our dog to another dog daycare, where he was evaluated by trained employees (he passed with flying colors). We were also told how well behave he is with other dogs at the daycare and the employees.
If you have a Golden Retriever or Lab, this place will work great for you. If you have a "scary" looking breed of dog, you better pay close attention to where he/she is, as they act super nice, impress you with the facility, but are unorganized and misrepresent themselves.

  • I did use them for training and I thought they did pretty well. I liked the ladies who ran the classes. It's called Yappy Dog, where you can bring your dog and get him to socialize with other dogs, and they do have a kennel. I used to have a kennel called Merry Meadows, but the guy passed away, so I used Ralston Vet. They're OK as just an occasional drop-in, but, for a long-term, I wasn't really thrilled. The dogs couldn't have a run outside and were kind of cooped-up so then they'd bark and bark and bark. They're very caring.

  • We moved to Omaha from Minneapolis last summer. Our dogs, a Bichon/Shih Tzu mix and a Yorkie/Maltese mix are both rescues.  The Bichon gets very nervous and anxious around people, so I am extremely picky about who can work with her.   We found Audrey's through Angie's List and decided to give them a try.  They were able to get us in when we wanted.  Upon arrival, the shop smelled clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.  There were dogs being worked on, a couple roaming the back, and some in crates.  Jill helped us, took her time with the shy dog, talked to us about what we wanted and didn't, asked about the dogs, offered to crate them together or separately, and generally gave us a good feeling.  It seems obvious she really loves dogs.  Since I don't like my dogs to have to sit in crates/cages all day, timing was important.  Jill was able to work on the dogs right away, and I picked them up about 3 hours later.  They looked great!  Audrey's is now our regular go-to for grooming!

  • I have been using them for about 5 years. I like the fact that they seem to be very prompt with her. What I mean is that some places, you drop your dog off in the morning and you don't get them back until late in the afternoon and the dogs sit in a kennel all afternoon. I don't like that. If I take my dog in, I want her bathed and groomed and home. They do this. That is the biggest reason I go there. I would give the price an A. Its the cheapest I have had my dogs clipped.

  • I can't say enough how much we enjoy having Dr. Thiele as our vet.  From the moment you are greeted by his amazing staff to the moment you leave, you really get the feeling that they all love what they do.  They take the time to get to know you and your pet and it never feels like they're in a rush to get to the next client.  It is nice being able to see the same vet every time without having to re-explain my pet's history.  Dr. Thiele has amazing office hours (he opens early and stays late, and is even open on Saturdays!)  We've never had an issue making an appointment and we've always been seen right on time.  Dr. Thiele seems to have a very compassionate heart and a gentle way with both the animals and the humans!   We were lucky to find him...and our dog agrees!

  • My dog was so cute and cleaned up when we left. She wasn't nervous or scared and once she got outside she pranced all over the place. She offers exceptional service for a great price and her shop is always clean and open to customers!

  • I like the speed with which they get my animals done. They don't just let them sit in a crate all day, like some other places. I don't want my animal sitting in a crate that long. My dog is out in about two hours. That's what I like. They are very gentle and good at what they do.

  • They have been our vets for 10 years now and have helped us with several situations with all of our pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were referred to us by several neighbors who were all very happy with them.
