    Took my 2014 Sierra in for service at 8 am today.  Told them about the front tires not wearing evenly, and there was obviously an issue when I made the appointment.  Received a phone call at about 1 pm saying it was done. Went to pick it up. Asked about the front tires to see what they had done about it.  Mike said he was not aware there was an issue. I would have to schedule another time to bring it in.  I was ok with that, since he was not the one I spoke with to make the appointment. It seemed reasonable that there had been a breakdown in communication between service writers. I picked up my paperwork and keys and went out to my truck.  After looking over the paperwork that stated the tires had been X-rotated I got out and looked.  Guess what. Tires had NOT been rotated.  So I went back in, spoke with Mike again, he came out and looked. And agreed that they had not been rotated. Couldn't give a reason why it would be noted on 2 separate lists that it had been done when it had not.  Now I have to bring it back in on Monday to have them do the job they should have done in the first place. ( I specifically asked about tire rotation when I spoke with . And Its part of the routine maintenance that they were doing.) 

    I took the truck home and out of curiosity decided to check the oil level and make sure the filter was replaced as stated in my paperwork.  I pulled out the oil dip stick and it shows about 2 quarts low...... KEEP IN MIND,  THE DEALER THAT SOLD ME THIS TRUCK HAD JUST FINISHED AN OIL CHANGE 10 MIN. PRIOR....  Definitely not the type of service I would expect from a dealership that sold me a $60,000+ truck.  Wouldn't even accept that kind of service for my lawn mower.

    Kind of makes me wonder if the reason the tires in the front are wearing unevenly is because they have never been rotated, since this is where I have had the truck serviced since I bought it...

    Regularly have oil changed at Grease N Go. They check all the fluids, tire pressure, wash windows outside and vacuum inside. They have done new brakes also, wiper blades, fuses, lights. If I think something is wrong I stop and they will go with me to help me figure out what problem is, i.e. funny noise or something not working right. And if I can't get there they will come get my car at work and bring back.

    I had a spare tire that didn't fit my trailer, they took the ruined tire off rim, put spare on rim, fixed the flat. I also needed new lug nuts and a bolt which they got for me. And the disposed of old rim at no cost. These guys are great every time I've been there. Helpful, courteous, fair, and feel like they truly look out for you.

    I had the misfortune of having my wiper blades stolen while my care was parked in a parking lot. I went to a local automobile part store and replaced the blades with generic blades that were fairly expensive, but I was told they would be heavy enough to keep contact with the windshield when it was really windy and also in heavy snowfall. I let them install the replacement blades they were recommending, but they didn't keep contact with the windshield even during a light rain and I always had places that they never wiped clean.
    I was so frustrated with the replacement blades that I went to Team Automotive to ask them about having genuine Toyota wiper blades put back on my Camry. I was a walk-in customer and they not only had the parts in stock, but they replaced them right then for me.
    The correct wiper blades make all the difference in the world!!

    I have used Twin City Auto for my oil changes for the past 4 or 5 years because they were cheaper and because Jerry made me feel like a valued customer.
    This oil change cost me more than it has in the past and $49.62 is more expensive than I can get it done somewhere else. 
    Also, in the past I used to see the same friendly, familiar faces in the front office, but the last 2 or 3 times I've been in there to have the oil changed in my vehicles there have been completely different people working in there.  With all the personnel changes out front the last 2 or 3 times I've been in there, it doesn't seem to have the friendly atmosphere that it used to.

    I had stopped at Team Automotive the day before to have my wiper blades replaced. However, when I checked my mail the next day there were some discount coupons from Team Automotive in my mailbox. When I was running errands, I stopped by Team Automotive with one of the coupons and inquired about making an appointment to have my cabin filter replaced.
    They had the cabin filter in stock and had the time to install it, so they took my Camry right in while I waited and replaced the filter for me!! They are very helpful, courteous and have a very comfortable and pleasant waiting area for customers that has a TV, coffee and soft drinks available for your enjoyment while you wait for them to finish with your vehicle.
