    Oh the facility I would say A- or so but the just the nature of what I was lead to expect from the surgeon was not good so that was probably a D. It shouldn't have been a big deal I've done lots of these and you know you'll be able to go back in a week to work and so forth but it wasn't quite like that. It wasn't a major complication. It was just a longer period of recovery and some ancillary problems that took a while to reconcile. Nothing unusual compared to what most people experience in the U.S with medical care. The facility was very well organized and the staff and the nurses were great, and I had no problems with billing.  I would say the whole thing was an A because it worked and it was effective.

    The treatment was fine. I didn't understand why the wait was so long. I suppose it was necessary but I still didn't know why. The cost was reasonable for immediate service. The nurse and doctor were competent and courteous.

    I was not eager to go to MMM because previous experiences were frustrating for a multitude of reasons, however, this visit was completely different. Though it was a very long wait as usual (more than 30 minutes) to see a doctor, the receptionists and nurses were pleasant and friendly. The waiting room is relatively comfortable, as are the exam rooms. The intake nurse was professional, friendly, and kind as she weighed and measured my son and took his temperature/blood pressure. When the doctor arrived, he was also professional and friendly. He spoke knowledgeable about the anatomy of the knee and asked specific questions about how it was injured as he thoroughly examined the leg. He was able to make a diagnoses based on the way my son answered the questions and how he reacted (pain-wise) to movements during the exam. He recommended an X-ray to confirm no additional serious damage and I agreed. He made several suggestions for treatment, which we discussed before agreeing on a course of action. He let us know when we should expect it to get better, and strongly suggested a follow up with my son's primary care physician in a few days. I had several questions, as did my son, and felt reassured by his informative and common sense answers. On our way out, we received a friendly good-bye from the doctor. The receptionist offered to fax the report to our primary care doctor if we called her the following Tuesday, which was much appreciated. I should also mention that by the time we left, it was near closing time, Friday, Labor Day Weekend. At no time did I feel that we were unwelcome or that we were being rushed. This is important to me.

    Overall the service was good. It seemed to take forever to be seen though. Not sure if they were waiting for the insurance to go through or not. Once we when back to be seen everything went fast and professional. This site takes Nebraska Medicaid which is why we selected this location.
