Agot in right away. heard our problem wasn't related to diet, wasn't about washing or skin treatments. We were given a prescription and within a couple weeks the problem cleared up. NO big expensive creams or lotions, no voodoo that the TV add men are pushing. and great results, no guilt or recriminations. Strongly recommend.

CThey are always late. You are waiting in the office for about 45 minutes every time you go. I am using them because they are pretty much the only ones available with my insurance so I am stuck with them but I wouldn't recommend them, no.

AHe does not make me feel hurried ~ he takes his time and is happy to answer any questions.
This is the MAIN reason it took me awhile to find a Dermatologist I really liked and was happy with in Omaha.
The others I tried always made me feel so rushed. One foot out the door so they could get to the next patient.
I'm positive if you need a Dermatologist, Dr. Papenfuss is the one to choose.Reviewed by Rosemary N.

CWhile I realize Dr. Luckassen is an expert and can quickly determine whether a mole is troublesome, I did not get a sense that he was interested in my son's well-being. Although I took my son in to get one specific mole looked at, he had others on his neck as well. Dr. Luckassen didn't even take a closer look at his neck to examine the other moles. I assume no notation was made about the location and appearance of any of the other moles on his neck.
I left the clinic with an overall impression of being dismissed and hurried out of the examining room. If we go back to this clinic, I will be looking for a different doctor to see.

DWith as packed as the waiting room was, you’d have assumed there were many doctors in the office. Nope. Just one. Doctor patient interaction was less than 2 min. Therefore, if you’re struggling with anything less than “typical” I would advise you not to see him.

AShe is very, very nice and identified, I get skin cancer every once and a while. She identified what this thing was and took care of it She was just real professional, but she was nice, she wasn't cold or anything. I would go back to her again. I know I will.

FI hadn't been to a derm for a couple of years, and decided to go back to Dr. Luckasen. I remembered why I quit going to him. I'm a 45 yr. female with a family history of moles, skin tags and basel cell skin cancer I choose to have a derm check my entire body every other year at minimum. Dr. L refused to do the full body review. I also wanted to to have some age and sun spots laser removed. He said that wasn't a service, just a $2000 laser peel for my entire face......no other option. I let the office know this request prior to booking an appt. I have had a laser removal done, with good success, several times in the past and without the 'white spots' resulting, which Dr. L said would happen. Of the 3 skin tags removed, one was the wrong one on my neck! In addition, the freezing of a skin spot on my right arm was ridiculous and has scared! I would recommend that you can find a much friendlier and qualified Derm in Omaha. Thank you

ABraddock Dermatology ClinicWe see Joyce Sumner, PA-C and she is wonderful. She is always cheerful and upbeat. She does a thorough exam. She explains her findings and a treatment plan or procedure. Her nurses and sometimes students are always very nice. My son had to have some growths removed from his nose and eyes and they were very good at calming him. The front office ladies are not always the friendliest. The prescription sheets that we get are a little confusing. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment.- Diane W.

AHuerter, Dr. Christopher JMy last visit was yesterday and it went well. He is personable, pretty punctual and pretty well available to get an appointment. The office environment is nice. There is not too long of a wait after I get there. The staff is friendly. He seems very confident and is on top of things. He communicates well, and explains what medicines are and why. As far as the actual treatment goes, I think it is pretty standard. It is kind of a more federally governed regulation. He follows NIH guidelines and stuff. Everything seems fine. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.- David T.
