    Brian the service writer and Brock the tech were awesome to work with. I initially had TSB issues taken care of and I was very impressed with their service. I subsequently moved 550 miles out of state and when other warranty work arose I returned to MN and dropped my truck off to have Brock and Brian work on my truck.
    When I diagnosed TSB issues I called to verify warranty coverage and over the phone they were positive and gave me options for dealing with the problem. When I finally got my truck in they verified warranty information and gave me approximate time frames for the completed repairs. Several times along the way they contacted me by phone to discuss issues that had arisen. At a later date and time I had another warranty issue arise and I returned to Shakopee Ford and spoke to Brock and Brian again. I had additional non-warranty work done and they combined the work to see that it was done in a timely fashion.
    Brock is a diesel expert and I'd highly recommend him to any person needing repair work on their 6.4 diesel. Brian was a great service person to work with.

    When I took my vehicle to FRIESEN FORD the shop personnel were polite but lacked diesel experience.  The dealer was unable to find the problem, in spite of my pointing out the problems.  I had to take my vehicle back home, find the problems, photograph them and use my own tools to diagnose the problem.  
    I took my vehicle back to FRIESEN FORD and the tech did not have the tools to reproduce the problem.  The tech had to use my diagnostic tools and subsequently broke them.  It took the tech almost 3 weeks to perform the repair.  2 months later and the shop hasn't gotten in touch w/ me to replace the item.  It was a low cost simple tool but the principal is the same none the less. 
    The tech appears to have rushed the repair as I've had to re-tighten several bolts throughout the engine bay that were loose.  On two separate occasions I had the tech on the phone asking questions and I followed up with in person and he appeared to contradict himself.  I do not know if he was intentionally lying but he was nervous and did not seem confident in his work. 
    FRIESEN FORD techs and staff were polite but lacked the skills to diagnose diesel/forced induction motors.  The shop appears understaffed, undersized for their needs and lacking in experience.  
    If they slowed down and didn't try to rush vehicles in-out, their quality of work may improve.  
    I doubt if I would use their service again as I normally do my own maintenance and repairs however they are the only Ford dealer in a 30 mile radius, should I be stuck with a warranty issue.
