  • The tech quoted 3 very high prices and we chose the lowest thinking it was an involved process. When he finished we were shocked at how simple the fix was with @ 10' of copper wire, 36" copper rod, and clamps/ clips...Maybe $20 worth of materials. They charged us $540 for tax, labor, and "shopping for materials." Yes, we did sign that the job was completed, knowing the tech wasn't the person to discuss the price with, it was Jon the owner. We called a few days later, waited for a call back, got none, sent an email explaining our previous good experience with the co. and how we felt this job was vastly overcharged. Based on that we explained, that once the owner saw the work he would adjust the bill accordingly. The owner's brother came out stated he was trying to set up standards and he would revisit the pricing again and get back to us. It was all very cordial and we felt safe paying the bill instead of holding it "hostage" until the situation was resolved. Since that time we have gotten the TOTAL runaround. Every email has gone unanswered. Every phone call to the brother is unanswered. Every phone call to the office is taken by office personnel with excuses; busy, sick, out of the office, etc. They may be nice people but the way this situation has been handled is totally unprofessional. We are not "disgruntled customers" as most business like to name people. But we are just a family that feels in this particular situation we have been "taken to the cleaners" and then completely ignored when asked for reparation for a horribly overpriced piece of work. This is a company that has yet to admit it mad a mistake and rectify it. Never again. Don't let them touch anything without every detail in writing, no matter how nice they seem. You'll regret it big time.

  • He does great work, and charges reasonable prices. But he is hard to get a hold of. Does not return text messages or voice mails. And often doesn't answer his phone. I guess that is the downside of using a single-man shop.

  • Communications. They communicate what they are going to do, what is going on. They tell you what you are going to need. Why that is happening. The whole bit. So, communicating the problem. Its great when you don't have companies stalking you. Sometimes you have them with your name and number on your check. You have weirdos.

  • They offer like the maintenance package, but they don't push it on you. I hate pushy people. They have the maintenance package, and they don't push it on you. They leave you their card, their number, their name. You have the whole sheet with their number on there. You don't have to wonder what guy you got. Its a good thing.

  • The price is the same as everybody else. I call somebody I want them now. I call and they come. They're professional. The same guy doesn't come out every time. They have different guys in the company. Its good experience. Two I like. It depends on which one you get.

  • They are a tiny company, but they are getting bigger. Just like a plumber, you need a day or two. Its normal. I would recommend them. I think the same quality as anybody. They are honest. They get the work done. I wouldn't be using them if I didn't like the. The biggest company who takes care of electricity, plumbing, appliances, and they are big name. They start with a B. Electric too. They couldn't even put the handle back on my toilet right, and that was a $2000 job. Its a little company, and they don't miss the details.

  • I would use them again. Excellent service and they offer a military discount. The communication with the plumber that came out was excellent. It stood out that they provided additional information that would save us money in the long run. It took about 3 hours. They cleaned up very well after themselves. There was no damage, they took  care very well.

  • Needless to say they lost a customer today. I had to come home from my office because the guy would not explain over the phone in enough detail why the cost differences. We found another company that would do the Hydro Jet of the main line for less then $400.00 You can not just charge higher prices, and say "we are a premium company" when your Techs or Sales reps can't even explain what makes what you are doing is more premium then another company. If you have a greater marketing dominance but yet drop the ball on actually delivering a superior product YOU are not a premium company, that is called a SCAM. Frankly if I didn't have to come home, and they had been willing to explain it better, and send the blades down with option 4. They would have gotten my money. But at this moment I am glad they did not.

  • It was very hard to get to, but our technician didn't give up and was able to clear it. The experience was fantastic from scheduling the appointment through the actual work. We will definitely be using them again when needed, as well as, referring our friends to them.

  • Sheldon and Kurt were great. We had two 50 gal water heaters, one that was rusting. They removed the bad heater and instead of immediately trying to replace it with a new one, they suggested we wait until we actually needed the new heater or replace it with one 75 gallon heater. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely call them when we need to purchase the new heater or need any other work done. I was glad to see the reviews on Angie's List were spot on! The only reason I marked good on punctuality was they arrived about 30 min late due to picking up supplies. Since I had made the appointment 3 weeks earlier I wasn't sure if we were still on the books.
