    We had Jake Doerneman with Nebraska Home Appliance come out and fix our dishwasher. He was great and very professional. He fixed our dishwasher in about an hour by replacing the sump pump. I'm very happy withe the work that was done!

    Sean came out on a Monday looked at the dishwasher and determined it needed a heating element sensor and a control valve. The parts had to be ordered and told me they would be back on Thursday to put in the new parts. Jordan came out Thursday afternoon and the dishwasher is working good.

    The serviceman came out as scheduled the first time to look at the ice maker.  He simply reset it to see if that would fix the ice maker to start making ice.  We were charged $96 and told that if it didn't work to call them back and there was a 30 day warranty and they would come back.  Sure enough the "fix" did not do anything.  I called and they were able to get him back the following week.  We were given a 1pm-4pm time slot.  After 4, and I mean like at 420pm I called and asked if we were no showed.  The lady answering the phone seemed agitated that I implied this and told me the repairman was simply backed up and we were next on the list.  We received no phone call, nothing to just give us the heads up he was going to be late.  My wife was waiting to make dinner.  The repairman showed up around 5pm.  Bottomline: he fixed the problem.  However, there were some minor professionalism problems we had.  First, he simply grabbed one of my wife's pyrex dishes off the counter to dump ice in.  He didn't ask, just did it.  I would have gladly let him it just common courtesy when you are in someone else's house. The other thing was he worked on the ice maker with extremely dirty hands.  I get it!  You work hard for a living and most of the jobs you do are dirty.  However, if you are working on someone's appliance that supplies food items, washing your hands is suggested.  We had to wipe black handprints off the fridge and inside the ice maker.  Finally, after he replaced the ice maker we ended up having to put screws back in that he forgot to put back in.  The ice maker works now but does not sit in the same position it did previously.  At one point he was yanking on it and something popped.  My wife made a comment that "that didn't sound good" and he said "yeah I know."  C'mon man.
    Overall, I gave them a C simply because the ice maker makes ice again.  That's about it.

    We had a good experience with them. They're pretty responsive. They did what they're supposed to do. They're competitive. Their pricing was fine. I don't have any problems yet. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

    On a Sunday morning I was in desperate need of emergency service when my refrigerator suddenly started pouring water on the floor. I called five places, including Sears, whose online service said they had no one in Bellevue to do repairs and when I telephoned they were even less helpful. It seems most repairmen don't work on weekends and none offer emergency service. I telephoned JTM and the young lady took my name and address and said she would have the repairman call right away. In the meantime my next door neighbor came over and fixed the problem. JTM was understanding when I called them back to cancel.

    JTM is the first company I will call for any repairs from now on. I was desperate and they were the only ones willing to help.

    This is the fourth time I have called Brian Matthews to come to my house and repair an appliance. The first time he repaired my freezer that had quit. The second time he came out and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. The third time he came out he replaced my garbage disposal that had quit after 9 years. This time I called him to fix my 7 year-old dryer that wasn't heating. He told me on the phone it was probably the heater coil so he would bring the part. I called him late on Tuesday and he came out on Wednesday. Mr. Matthews has always provided excellent service. A week after he had fixed the freezer a hose had come loose so he came out and fixed it right away. I will definitely call him again when something breaks and would highly recommend him to everyone!

    Tech came early, thought this was a good sign. After 30 minutes, he said he did not know how to work on this type of washer. It is a samsung washer. I have him the instruction manual. He kept it after he left. He left saying the part will be in on Friday. Called on friday and they did not have any documentation showing any part being ordered. They will have the tech call us today. No call from the tech. Called on Monday and they say the part will be in on the next Friday. Call on Friday and the part will be in on Monday. Monday comes and they say it will be in later on Monday. They will try to be there this week. Three weeks and still no washer.
