    Like without me knowing what was wrong she used to give out that my thyroid was swollen and I ended up figuring out that I have Graves disease so she was like really on top of things. Her nurse is great. Pretty much everything has been good. The only thing is that like sometimes it does take a really long time to get into her if you need an appointment.

    The appointment went smoothly as always. I was brought back early. The staff confirmed my identity throughout the appointment and Ll follow ups were scheduled on site. The ultrasound tech was quite efficient and kept me informed on each step of the exam.

    I was in the hospital for a total of 4 days with a bladder infection, chills, and a high fever. I was admitted and stayed for 4 days. They were very efficient. Ran test after test to make sure all was ok. Found a few issues, which were taken care of while I was there, along with scheduling appointments with doctors for follow up care. The best part of the stay were the nurses and CNA's. They were the most amazing caregivers I have ever had! They were caring, compassionate, friendly and went out of the way to make sure my needs were met, my pain was under control and that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be, considering the circumstances.

    I made an appointment, it was about 3 weeks out. Filled in a report on current medical treatment, and the problem. She saw me in a timely manner, knew what the problem was, prescribed a RX, made suggestions on soap, and bath restrictions. Problem was solved and cleared within a weeks time. She followed up in a month, and said to call if I needed help in the future.

    I have a monthly prescription that I get filled here. I also get all of my other prescriptions filled here. They are always friendly, and most of the time I don't have to stand in line! They also seem to know my name before I get to the counter, can't figure that one out...

    I was impressed with the billing department.  I had an issue with a procedure not being covered at the preventative rate and when I spoke to the representative he explained the dr.s office coding details to me, (actually understandable) and what I needed to tell the dr.s office to get this corrected for better coverage under my plan.

    We have been pleased with TRICARE Prime. We are restricted to which doctors we see (we must stay within network) but we have not had any issues getting referrals if needed. We do not have a copay and have never had an issue with a service not being covered.

    Each day I went to register at the hospital's front desk and then went to the outpatient waiting room. It was never more than 2-5 minutes before I was called back to have my x-ray done. The staff was very friendly and explained every step even though they knew I had been through it the day before. What could have been a huge inconvenience for 8 days turned out to be a breeze thanks to the staff at Sakakawea Medical Center in Hazen, ND!

    They are phenomenal. They have a huge selection of doctors. They are excellent to work with. They are a real asset. I have never had an issue. I have been going to them for 20 years. I make an appointment and then I am in and then out. They are really good. I will continue to use them.
