    Satter, Erica L.
I have been going to Erica for a few years. She is very nice and friendly. I enjoy talking with her, but she isn't the massage therapist who talks to you the whole time... she will talk as long as you do. Then you get to relax and enjoy. I like that she remembers my history and specific issues even if it's been six months since my last visit. She is very good at what she does, and usually busy, so she isn't always able to get me in as quickly as I'd like. However, I usually do get in within a couple days. I don't have a bad thing to say about her or her services. I always feel better after an appointment. I refer everyone I know to her!

The Dr. was very thorough in his recommendations and explained the process in detail. He ensured I understood exactly what he was talking about.

    Ihry, Dr. Kevin G.
He's quick when you are desperate...he always has a way to work you in and is quick to respond. Some chiropractors will just keep taking you until your insurance runs out, but Dr Ihry wants to get you well so you don't have to come back. He's wonderful...he's sympathetic, thorough and just an all around nice guy to deal with. He's really good at what he does and has a calm demeanor. The staff is very welcoming and personal. We've had great success with his treatment. The billing and admin is very good as well. I've recommended him to other people.

It is a very safe place. The staff is very friendly. They are very good with children. They have 10 different rooms for specific age groups. It is set up so that they can work with your child in his or her specific age group. They have very good service. They provide service for infant through grade school. They are one of the more expensive services in town, but they are worth it.

    Anderson, Dr. Brandan
Dr. Anderson definitely provides quality care to his patients of all ages.  He has a wealth of knowledge besides the chiropractic care, with health overall.  It’s good over there at his office.

I have been going to Erica for massages for years. She is wonderful! She remembers me and my issues even when it's been over 6 months since my last visit. I've tried different massage therapists over the years, but always go back to Erica!

I was having some numbness down the back of one of my legs and went to him. He did some pushing and popping and I walked out of there and I felt great. I went back for couple of rechecks to make sure things are staying in place and I've had no trouble with it since.

    HOPE PRESCHOOL
My son has been with HopeKids (North) since he was 3 1/2 months old (he is now 14 months). My husband and I weren't too excited about how much Hope charges, but we knew that if we took him anywhere else we wouldn't feel comfortable. The teachers are very good about calling us if anything happens (he gets a fever, a bump on the head, etc.). They also do a very good job of letting us know what he did during the day, his likes and dislikes, etc. I have been very happy with HopeKids and would recommend this childcare center to others.

    WEEKARE CHILD KARE CTR
The childcare staff has overall been extremely patient, loving, down-to-earth and organized.  The administration is friendly, communicative, and seem to be good people-managers because the staff does not have a lot of turnover.  The daily planned activities are educational and age-appropriate, and they hold lots of field trips for the older kids and outside time for everyone when the weather is nice.  The field trips are about 1 per month for the 4+ kids, many of which are free of charge. Sometimes parents will be asked to provide a sack lunch or occasionally a minimal fee (usually $1 - $3), but they are always a lot of fun - my daughter really looks forward to her field trips! The facility is always kept very neat and clean.  There is plenty of space for the kids to eat and play, they nap on separate cots and have a separate attached bathroom right off the 2-year-old room (for potty training).  There is an enclosed playground attached to the building. The adult-to-child ratio is very good, never seems like the staff is overwhelmed, despite the fact that their jobs are pretty stressful in my opinion!   Parking is sufficient, at peak dropoff / pickup times you may have to wait a maximum of a couple minutes for a spot but it is really not much of an issue. The only minor downside I can even think of is the cost of attendance, BUT that is simply because we came from an inexpensive home daycare to this center so it seemed like a greater jump.  I know their price structure is very similar to other centers in the area, probably even less expensive, considering what you get for your dollar here.  To me, it is totally worth every penny having the peace of mind knowing my children are cared for in this kind of stable environment. I would have to say the biggest positive is the open communication between the staff and parents at WeeKare.  I feel like they truly know what my kids are doing during the day there.  The staff is great at spotting re-occuring behavior issues, and never hesitate to call me if there is a question about any out-of-the-ordinary behavior (potty accidents, lethargy, injuries, fighting, etc.) and parents receive daily reports about what the child ate for meals/snacks, # of diaper changes, activities performed, and other relevant information.  If there is even a minor injury we receive a write-up about the incident - it's usually just 'kids being kids' kind of stuff, but it is still wonderful to know that they're keeping a watchful eye in those situations.   We started attending based on positive recommendations from a couple of my colleagues, and I have recommended WeeKare to two of my close friends whose children now attend.  I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend WeeKare to ANY parent.  Overall, I have been over-the-moon about our experience at WeeKare: it's a working parents' dream!

    Ruff, Carter
Carter's service involves therapeutic massage, I believe it is called deep tissue massage.  I had some bad experiences with massage therapists in the past that attempted to perform chiropractic-like spinal manipulations.  Carter did not attempt anything that he was not fully trained and licensed to do.  I had what is called "frozen shoulder" which is a very painful shoulder injury where I did not have full range of motion in my shoulder and I experience a lot of pain most of the time.  Carter was able to work on my shoulder over the course of several months until I regained full range of motion and eliminated nearly all of my pain.
