    They seem to change practictioners pretty often. I find someone I like, and 2 years later that person has moved on. Mostly, I try to stick with nurse practioners and they always have them on staff, as well as several physicians. They'll have a couple who specialize in pediatrics and my daughter sees them as well. They have a lab on site, and do their own lab work, which is so much more convenient than my last doctor who'd send me off to Sanford for a blood test. High marks for that! They seem to spend a bit more time with me than others I've seen, and again, this is appreciated. They always review my total healthcare and they follow AMA recommended best practices, asking about domestic violence and overall safety. For billing, they offer sliding scale when needed. Sliding scale covers the visit, lab work, and prescriptions. People with expensive ongoing health problems can get assistance applying for a free drug program with the manufacturer at their on site pharmacy, which is not a service I've ever seen another pharmacy provide. I did have an issue about 4 years ago with an MD on staff who saw my daughter, but I complained and the issue was addressed. My visit was refunded. She actually isn't on their staff anymore, so it's not relevant except to say I appreciated the clinic director's action.

    The place is a mess. In both visits the nurse assured me that they take my insurance. The first time I waited over one hour (she said, since I was the next patient that the wait was going to be of no more that 15 minutes) The second time after again assuring me that they take my insurance they charged me $151,79 for the nurse to put somekind of glue on my finger and for a tetanus shot. Also during the second time the nurse could not find the code to put in the form so I will get charge and I had to wait until she went thought a code binder trying to find the number. After waiting (and still not finding the exact code) she could not run my credit card so she ask me to make a copy of my card so she could bill me later. I find the place extremely disorganized. It is obvious that the nurse does not know how to do paperwork and makes people wait a long time. Also she misinformed TWICE about the insurance,
