    Snowden Construction LLC
Snowden construction LLC did exactly what they said they would do ! Loved there quality work and dedication ! Even though my architect screwed up on some measurements, snowden construction had no problem fixing and adjusting things to make it work ! What most impressed me was one contractor that handled all of my needs !!! I didn't have to hire a bunch of different companies because snowden construction did it all ! I would definitely use them again on anyone of my projects they are very honest and very understanding and lenient ! I am a developer and I used snowden construction on commercial and residential jobs ! Nothing to big for them they do a good job!

I called this company in February regarding re-leveling of my double wide.  He said that he would be starting re-level jobs in April and that he would call the week before the job was to be done to meet with me, look at my house to assess what needed to be done.  Told me that they only do 1 job a day as it is quite a procedure to do.  Informed me how the process is done.  The week that he was to call to schedule I never heard from him.  He called the following Monday to schedule it for the next day.  Stated to me that he would be here to see what was required to re-level my home.  He also told me that it was going to take a minimum of 4 hours, possibly a little longer.  The crew showed up 1 hour earlier than scheduled, the owner who said he would be here never showed up.  They told me it wasn't as bad as I thought it was and wouldn't be bad to fix.  They spent 1 hour and 45 minutes here and then told me there was one area they couldn't re-level because of my meters.  They didn't do half of what I was informed that would be taking place at my house, Stood in my front yard and smoked cigarettes after being here 30 minutes.  The price of course didn't change.  It cost me $799.00 for them to raise 2 sections of my house.

    Modular Dimensions Construction Services
We got his name from the people we bought the home from. We thought he was an entire construction company. We later found out that he contracts out for all the work to be done. In the contract, there was supposed to be a clause that included all the materials and labor. That was never provided. He kept asking for all the money up front and that made us feel very uncomfortable. Nothing was ever itemized, he just kept saying that things were going to cost "more." The first thing we noticed was that he was trying to cut corners. For instance, he ordered cement infused lapboard siding, instead of cement skirting. Item like that kept piling up. Further, we had numerous workers tell us to be cautious of Mr. Robinson. They said that he obviously didn't know what he was doing. Things took a turn for the worse when it was time to do the garage. The homes foundation was attached, and he wanted to build the garage on a floating slab. We had numerous people try to explain to us that you can not do that. Further, we tried to explain it to Mr. Robinson, and then he started saying that the garage was no longer going to be attached. This upset us because we didn't agree to that.  His interior setup person didn't even show up, and he refused to pay the exterior setup company out of the money we already gave him. He asked us to pay for that, but the setup was never completed. The exterior contractor then came after us for the money, so we had to pay.  At that point, we repeatedly requested a list from Mr. Robinson to itemize all costs, both labor and materials. He refused.  At this point we lost all faith in Mr. Robinson and asked for our down payment back. He would not give it to us. Now we have been left to complete the project on our own. We've had to pay for the rest of the setup ourselves, along with correcting all of the faulty work that was already done.
