    They were quick and very good at explaining everything they were going to do for me and worked out a rough estimate of the cost. They got it done in less then 2 days and was back in the garage before my husband even noticed it was gone. The service Manager was amazing of staying in contact with me and letting me know what they were doing. She was so sweet and a delight to talk to on the phone. By far the best service I have had. Call ahead though to get service. I heard they are filling up very fast. HUGE wait!!!

    Canad Inns & Destination Center
    I booked a room for my husband and myself at the Canad Inn on 5-17-2014 for one night. The man that helped on the phone during the booking stated that there was only on regular King room left and the only other rooms available were suites. I told him I wanted the regular king room. After our phone transaction, I thought I had booked a regular King roomWhen we checked in on the 17th, he told me We had a King suite for the night. I told him that I had booked a regular King room not a suite. He told me that was not what the reservation said, so I asked him if he had a regular King room available. He said no they just had suites left. Because it was our daughter's graduation that day, I knew we had to have a room, so I took the suite. Right behind us another couple we knew decided to spend the night without reservations, and they got a regular King room. I was very unhappy when I heard that. The rooms are not worth $220/night for a suite. The bed was not a King bed, it was a queen and very uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable & the jacuzzi dirty and after we cleaned it & got into it, I realized there were no hand holds or any type of leverage to get out of this jacuzzi which was very deep with no seats in it. I almost slipped trying to get out of it. They had a water slide in the hotel & even the paying guests of the hotel had to pay $10 each for wristbands. We had to pay $30 to rent a cabana just so we could watch our kids/grandkids. The bottom line, this place is way over priced for the type of room & service you get. When I checked out this morning, I asked about a receipt & the person working at the front desk said that it was billed to my credit card & wouldn't be issuing a receipt. I think businesses like this should be held accountable for poor service & inflated prices & people have a right to know what to expect when they stay there. We definitely won't be staying there again. I would like to update my review as of 5/26/14. I wrote a letter to the general manager of the Canad Inn and told him about the incident with the price of the room and the other things that I mentioned. He was very courteous and helpful with the situation. He gave me $150 credit towards our stay and addressed the cleaning of the jacuzzi in our room along with looking into getting hand holds on them for safety purposes. He told me to give them another chance the next time we are in town, and he guaranteed we would be given top notch service & room. I give him A+ for following through and making the customer feel like their concerns are his! Great job Kevin!

    They are the worst people on the planet.  They didn’t fix the problem.  I took my boat in for repairs.  They charged me 1200 bucs.  The boat got worse than how it went in.  They will not make it right.  The people that I interacted with there were pleasant until the boat wasn’t repaired.  They didn’t any of my phone calls after they had my boat.

    Beware of this company.....purchased a camper at a sportsmen show from this dealer, provided information on my trade...granted my trade was not pristine,I disclosed this to dealer provided model number and NADA details of camper I was trading.Dealer made deal without looking at my camper offered me 8000.oo on trade.Move forward to delivery day dealer delivered camper to my site picked up my trade in...I was not on site as I was travelling for business,while I was away I recieved an irate phone call from owner saying this deal will not work and he was going to pick up my new camper and drop off my old one cause it was not in great shape......( I disclosed this)......He demanded another 8500 dollars to make deal work!!!,( I had a signed contract)......I caved and offered to pay an extra 5 k and it was mistake but I did not want to be percieved as a not telling the truth...which I did,the dealership salesperson never indicated he wanted to see the trade they asked condition and I was very forthcoming. Now lets move forward I travel to my new camper about a week later, the camper is in disaray, missing window coverings, furniture, lights do not work.Deal included a TV  this not supplied.....I spent 40k on a new camper,contacted the dealership no response.....not even a follow-up phone call ever....only corospondense I ever recieved was an ask to sign up for an extended warranty which they would be reponsible to provide service.....never in a million years would I give this company one more dollar of my business,

    After everything, my boat is still stained. They threatened to tow it off their property if I did not move it. This place is terrible, service and management. I don't recommend anyone go to this place as it does own up to their mistakes. I understand that stuff happens, but own up to it.

    I booked 1 Deluxe Room with King Bed for 5/17/2014 date & I received an email confirmation with a confirmation number confirming my reservation. My daughter went through the same website & had the same problem with their reservation, so she told me to call the Canad Inn & confirm our reservation. When I did, they told me that they did not have a reservation for me. Luckily for me, they still had a room available for that night so I was able to get a room through the hotel. Then I went online to the website to make sure that I wouldn't be charged for another room fee and when I entered the confirmation number that I received from the email they sent me, it could not be found. What kind of service is that? Who wants to use a website that you can't trust?
