Home Theater And Stereo Installation reviews in Casselton

I called to ask if they would do the repair the rough estimate over the phone was $100-$200, a very conservative estimate. The person was polite and professional. I brought the receiver in that same day. The shop doesn't look as impressive as repair shops I've seen in the past BUT the work area looked tidy. The person took time to talk with me, explain what might have gone wrong and left me feeling VERY comfortable leaving my expensive equipment with them. They estimated 1-2 weeks for the repair, and it was done in one. They called with the estimate, and got it right to the dollar. I was very impressed and will definitely use Bill's video again.

    Studs To Rugs
Studs to Rugs was great to work with. I echo the sentiment of many of the other positive reviews that have came before mine. They were great on managing the project, on punctuality, setting the correct expectations, and delivering when they said that they would. I also had them install home electronics equipment and the setup turned out fantastic. Their estimate was the most expensive, when compared to other contractors bid for this project. But I feel that the value was worth it and in the end I do not think that it would have been cheaper going with other contractors, even if the initial cost was less. Studs to Rugs had the most realistic allowances built in to the pricing and they had some nice upgrades that others did not.

    Geek Squad - Best Buy
I purchased a Bose surround sound system and television from Best Buy.  I did not have them install it.  The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had.  The store is very well staffed and is consistent every time I go in.  I feel the prices are competitive and they have good sales.

Terrible. Installer talked half of billed time. Used & billed twice as much speaker wire as needed (extra coiled-up behind cabinet). Shoved AM/FM antennas behind receiver & said I couldn't get good reception where I lived (fixed it myself & it's fine). Never connected TV back into receiver (I'll have to do that myself, too!). Took a VERY simple, straight forward job that should have taken 1 1/2 hours at most & strung it out for two & one-half hours!!! I even sent pictures to Site-on-Sound showing how open & easy the install should have been. I gave them an idea of what I thought was reasonable & fair to pay & I was told they'd waste more of my time (money) by having the SAME installer come out & cut out the extra cable & take that little bit off my bill or I could pay the bill in full!!! I've never been so disappointed with a small business that's been in Fargo for many years. I hope this isn't how they take advantage of honest customers that just want a fair shake :(
