    Turns out this company was the one to install the system so they knew what we had to deal with. The told us how to manage the inside and came while we were at work. The bill was on the door and we didn't have to do a thing.

    We had Goldade Landscaping come give us a bid on our lawn. He told us we'd be on his list for the beginning on July. We never heard back from him. We called and left voicemails, emailed, and never heard anything. Luckily, we were able to get another company to come in and do the job. We were extremely frustrated and disappointment by the whole thing. I DO NOT recommend his service.

    The installation of the sprinkler system went very well. It took about 2 days to complete the project. We used this company to install an underground sprinkler system on another property that we owned. that installation went well too. The problem we had with the last project was 3 of the sprinkler heads were installed over our property line so they ended up in our neighbors property. We contacted ACE Sprinklers about this and were told that the sprinklers were installed in the right place. We asked them to come out and look at them, but they told us no they would not come and look at them. They said they would move the sprinklers if we wanted them moved and for us to mark where we wanted them moved. I felt this was very unprofessional service. They made a mistake and all they would've needed to do is correct it. But they felt that they did it correctly the first time and they wouldn't even come out and see for themselves if the sprinklers were in the wrong spot. I was very dissatisfied with the treatment that I received from ACE Sprinkler Systems.

    They left a lot of dead branches in the tree; stating they could not reach them.  They failed to trim any branches that were near electrical wires leading to two houses next to ours.  The person who gave the  estimate verbally stated that  they would care for these branches also.  They suggested we call MDU and MDU would have those branches trimmed free of charge.  I called MDU (the local power provider).  They came out and told me that they only do trimming of limbs  from the trunk(main) line, that the tree trimmer should have done the branches that were left also.  They stated that I should call another tree trimming service and suggested Bullinger's in Bismarck.  The branches in question are not near the main line.  The main line is on the opposite side of our lot.
    It took over two weeks to get the owner of this company to come out and he insists that trimming the branches near the wires is not their job and that he didn't tell us that they would do those.  That is untrue.  They told my husband that they would take care of those branches.  Unfortunately we were foolish and did not get that in writing.  We relied on the verbal acknowledgement from the owner/estimater.
    We will now have to call another tree trimmer to have the job finished. 
    We will NOT ever use this company again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.

    Didn't start project on time. Ended up being months later than promised. Gave us shoddy, half dead plants, which ended up dying. When tried contacting him about dead plants he would never answer or return calls. When he finally did answer he promised to replace them, but never did. We ended up having to go buy new plants and plant them ourselves. He also didn't tie the new trees to any kind of support. He put steel posts next to them but never tied them to the tree. Again WE ended up doing that ourselves. Also being a professional landscaper you would've thought he would have the sprinkler subcontractor set sprinkler heads to water the plants up next to the house, but NO, he didn't! We had to water our plants with a watering can to keep them alive all summer!

    Initially everything went well when dealing with Mitch in the planning stages. Our yard was installed in the summer of 2012, unfortunately it was very rainy all spring and early summer which pushed back crews of all construction industries in the Bismarck area. Therefore the landscapers were in a rush to get done in order to catch up. The sodded areas looked great, as well as the edging around the house. Unfortunately during the seeding process in the backyard, the crew missed three very large, very obvious areas which were later poorly hand seeded. The sprinkler heads were never initially adjusted properly, and therefore washed away a lot of seed in other areas of the yard as they were spraying too hard. The irrigation system for the plants surrounding the house was never hooked up properly to the clock causing the plants to wither right away after being planted. We noticed this and began watering all the plants around the house twice a day. Many emails (which I still have) and phone calls were sent to Mitch and Jamie regarding the drip irrigation system. Their very untimely responses often did not address the points we wanted addressed. I asked to have a staff member stop by when I was home, they usually came when I was not and therefore I could not show them what I wanted checked. When they were there without us home, they supposedly checked the valves from outside of the house, and they were able to get the drip irrigation to work. However it still would not work from the clock/on the timer. It wasn't until they came to blow out the sprinklers in November of 2012 that I had John check the clock and he discovered it was never properly connected. So it was a good thing that we have been watering the plants twice a day all summer long or they would have had to replace everything. In discussion with Jamie regarding the drip irrigation system, I found her to be quite unprofessional at times. Her mannerisms and tone of voice were condescending and indicated that she was irritated with me and my repeated requests to have her staff come back to check and correct items. In an email and a phone conversation, she told me "you won't see a mist, its called a drip irrigation system. It will only drip." For the record, I never said I wanted to see a "mist", I only knew that when we tried to turn on the drip irrigation sprinkler line, there was absolutely no water coming from the line and the ground was dry. Another time that I was on the phone with Jamie looking for advice on weed control in the newly seeded areas she told me "I do lawn and landscaping, I am not your personal gardner, that is not in my job description". As you can see, I have not forgotten that phone conversation. Overall I feel their staff was inexperienced and rushed. They did not do a very good job with seeding our backyard. The sod ended abruptly on the hill on both sides of the house, we wish it would have extended on the flat part of the yard. I realize this was partially our fault too for not noticing this and not requesting them to bring in more sod. They did follow through on warranty items with plants that did not make the first winter, however it took a lot of phone calls and multiple emails to get one response back. Our neighbors used Willow Creek and had similar complaints, two people that work with our financial advisor used Willow Creek and had "issues" however I do not know what happened. I hear a family member of Willow Creek works for a prominent lumber company in Bismarck and has been referring people to them. Fortunately some friends of ours heard our woes and when he gave them a referral, they did not take it. I feel in order to run a business, effective and prompt communication is key with your customers. In my experience, Willow Creek failed in this area. We will not be using Willow Creek for our future patio, and I will continue to advise friends and family to go somewhere else.

    We have had R.T. Lane Pro Services do work for us on several days - from landscaping to general clean-up.  They were professional and did a great job.  We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and will most certainly continue to use their services.

    I was satisfied with the work. There was miscommunication with the address, and the worker called me and was okay with it, I just told him the right address and he was here right away. It was a little slow, but they did a good job.

    Thanks to James my backyard was transformed from a dreadful blah area to my own private haven. I have received so many compliments about the fence form neighbors walking by and my friends absolutely love to come over and lounge with me in my new backyard sanctuary. I will definitely be calling James again for any work that I need done, he seems to do it all. He as nice, polite, prompt and most importantly affordable!

    We hired Jaime, who owns and operates Landscapes By Leingang to do our new home landscaping.  This included doing dirtwork (bringing in and leveling) hydroseeding, bringing in decorative rock and arranging for a decorative cement border.  An additional project included building a pad from recycled asphalt. There was simply not enough dirt brought in for the lawn to take in the backyard.  Despite reseeding the area, we still have a patchy, poor quality lawn fraught with weeds. The cement work was completed and we are happy with that project but he contracted that part of the bid out. The amount of decorative rock was a little on the skimpy side, we just can’t spread it thin enough to cover some bare areas. The asphalt pad is holding up OK but we were led to believe it would meld into a harder surface.  Jaime said he believes this is due to a lower quality product that was available at the time, I think we should have been informed of that ahead of the project. Although a nice guy, he was extremely difficult to get in touch with as many of our phone calls went unreturned.
