    The wait in the waiting room was close to an hour long. Once taken to a 'room', about another 1/2 hour before a nurse came in, another 1/2 hour or so before Dr. came in. After a ct, was just told 'nothing wrong, no reason for your pain'. No further testing to try to figure out why there was pain. Sent home with no resolution.

    They are phenomenal. They have a huge selection of doctors. They are excellent to work with. They are a real asset. I have never had an issue. I have been going to them for 20 years. I make an appointment and then I am in and then out. They are really good. I will continue to use them.

    The staff was very friendly and because I wasn't able to walk properly, I had the valet park my car. They were very helpful and even kept an eye out for me when I was coming back out so I wouldn't have to wait very long for my car to return.
    The staff inside was very helpful from the receptionist who gave me directions and asked if I would rather have a wheelchair until I left to the pharmacist who asked about any over the counter medications and any other prescriptions I was on to make sure I wouldn't have any reactions.

    I was in the hospital for a total of 4 days with a bladder infection, chills, and a high fever. I was admitted and stayed for 4 days. They were very efficient. Ran test after test to make sure all was ok. Found a few issues, which were taken care of while I was there, along with scheduling appointments with doctors for follow up care. The best part of the stay were the nurses and CNA's. They were the most amazing caregivers I have ever had! They were caring, compassionate, friendly and went out of the way to make sure my needs were met, my pain was under control and that I was as comfortable as I could possibly be, considering the circumstances.

    I made an appointment, it was about 3 weeks out. Filled in a report on current medical treatment, and the problem. She saw me in a timely manner, knew what the problem was, prescribed a RX, made suggestions on soap, and bath restrictions. Problem was solved and cleared within a weeks time. She followed up in a month, and said to call if I needed help in the future.

    It was ok. There was construction the floor that the birthing center was on. So it wasn't as clean as it should have been. We were put in one of the small rooms do to remodeling. The birthing room was still dirty from the last delivery when we got there. They did offer to move us to a different room. The nurses for the most part were polite. We had a couple of rude ones. But most were nice.

    I have a monthly prescription that I get filled here. I also get all of my other prescriptions filled here. They are always friendly, and most of the time I don't have to stand in line! They also seem to know my name before I get to the counter, can't figure that one out...

    It was a heartbreaking experience since we were there to deliver our daughter who had passed in utero. However, the staff were wonderful. They kept my room quiet and had the on call Chaplin come to spend time with me. She stayed by my bedside during the night and that was comforting. They went out of there way to make sure that I was not disturbed by the noises on the floor, which is not easy to do on a maternity floor. I was amazed at their compassion and understanding and would use the hospital again.

    Went to urgent care due to extreme flank pain (I have stones in both kidneys) since I didn't feel an emergency room trip was warranted. The gal at the front desk and the nurse were very sweet, helpful and friendly. In walks Dr. HURRY UP.....asked what the problem was, so I told him. He looked down my throat (for flank pain??). Prescribed an antibiotic to "prevent" a possible infection (I thought doctors were not supposed to over-prescribe antibiotics), however, he didn't ask ANY questions about where the pain was, didn't ask any questions about the history of my stones, did not order a urine test to check for any kind of infection or anything else and pretty much just sent me on my way. It was less than 5 minutes, there was no communication, no kind of "bedside manner", very cold and hurried and really a complete waste of time!
