Even though my architect screwed up on some measurements, snowden construction had no problem fixing and adjusting things to make it work ! What most impressed me was one contractor that handled all of my needs !!! I didn't have to hire a bunch of different companies because snowden construction did it all ! I would definitely use them again on anyone of my projects they are very honest and very understanding and lenient ! AOur roof was leaking due to an ice dam. After spending most of the night babysitting the situation I sent out several requests for help. Chis VanVleent dba as Ice Dams Removed was quick to get back to me and was at my house by 7:30AM the next morning....only hours after I had submitted an online request. I was very very pleased with our experience in an otherwise tense moment. His rate was reasonable even though he could have gouged us. He worked very quickly and efficiently and I believe this was because he knew what he was doing and was honest. I will be keeping his card if i have a need for a contractor down the road.

AI saw the Schauer trailer in my neighborhood for about a week as Jerry was working on driveways for three of my neighbors. I figured if that many were having work done with him I'd see how much to place a new concrete garage floor. I previously received a quote to have it lifted for $1500 and when I got his bid of $1800 for new concrete there wasn't even a question on what to do.
