Appliance Repair reviews in Bismarck

  • Lousy. Sears should have made this repair free even tho it was two months past the warranty. The problem was there from the point of purchase but did not show immediately. When I gave Sears my evaluation (similar to this), I heard nothing, zero, nada, from them,

  • I couldn't be happier with the service on our dryer. We were able to get a service call the very next day after calling, the serviceman was early and the repair was done the same day. The cost for repair was less than anticipated (we researched this type of repair on this particular model beforehand) and he had the part in his vehicle. Overall, there wasn't a single thing I could wish for differently, other than the element never going out in the first place. We are happy to recommend this service provider to others and will certainly call again should we ever need another appliance repaired.

  • The service man was very courteous.  We have called to check a washing that was making some scary noises.  He inspected our washing machine, told us the cost of repairs were prohibitive and gave us recommendations on new models to replace our existing machine.  He does not sell washers, but based his advice on his experience repairing machines.  Before he left, we asked about a noisy refrigerator door.  He looked it over, removed the door, replaced a washer and put the door back.  Solved the problem. We were charged only for the minimum service call fee.

  • It went well. The customer service is good. We're still having the same problems with the washing machine. So, he wasn't able to pinpoint the problem and we had to have him out about two or three times.

  • the repair was fine... they came out found the problem (fuse burnt out and they replaced it) but the price quote was not what they charged here is the break down: | |fuse 22.00 |tax 1.32 |labor 36.00 |service call 52.00 *** |total was 111.32 | |Here is the problem... when i called to ask how much it would be to have a service men come out to see what was wrong with my dryer the operator told me it would be 52.00 for service fee and that if we did have it fixed that this would be worked into the bill so imagine my dismay when the bill showed that the 52.00 was included and not worked into the bill. i called and they had changed the story to say that the 52.00 is a flat fee just to have 1 of their people show up then the bill starts of at 52.00 and goes from there. i check with another company and they had said there's was 59.95 to 79.95 that would be also worked into the cost of the bill so that the bill would not exceed the initial cost if it was a small item such as the fuse .. so if i had gone with Mr. Appliance there bill would have been a lot less then the price i paid at quality ... so no i will never choose them nor recommend them to anyone because of the bait and switch practice with the "service charge" being a charge unto its self and not worked into the total bill for services... i shouldn't have to pay for the pleasure of them coming out to my house and have them repair my machine that is not how services work.

  • easy to contact and they also get right back to you if you left a message - good estimate on time and parts and when part showed up they called and scheduled service call and were prompt and got it done : )

  • My dryer was not heating like it should. I called Ron's Appliance and he was able to come out in a couple days. He determined that an element was burned out. He didn't have any in stock but was able to get one by Monday (this was a Friday) and came and replaced the element. Labor for this was $75 which I think is reasonable.

  • Company was easy to contact and able to come to my house the very next day. Technician was on time (was running a few minutes early and as I'd requested he called me at work to let me know 10 minutes before he arrived), neat, and told me what he was doing (so I can try to do it on my own next time). I will continue to use this company in the future.

  • Arrived on time agreed upon. Checked status of refrigerator. Pulled out fridge and removed water line to see if it was plugged. Water line not plugged so he then replaced the dual water valve and everything worked fine.
I will call on Doc again the next time I need work done on my appliances.
