    R Squared Properties
I have been very pleased with the services from R2 Squared Properties. I went with R2 Squared Properties after reading excellent reviews on Angie's List and I can say they were accurate.    I took a job out of state that required me to move out of my condo quickly.  I put all the repairs, touch ups and cleaning in his hands. They took care of everything and got the place rented for a better price and quicker than I had anticipated.  They have been very professional and responsive to my questions and concerns and tracking the financials.  I have been hands off on the management side which is exactly what I needed since I am out of state. I highly recommend them.

We needed a place to move our 5th wheel trailer didnt have much time because of a change in job and we stumbled on their rv park. They were very friendly and worked with us all the way through and then we found an apartment because we are coming up on winter and have a baby so we were hoping to get out of the 5th wheel... so we found an apartment and went to move in and it was gross so we called them because we didn't know what to do and they were wonderful! They offered us another spot on were more than happy to help! This place is clean has playground for children and overall is a great place to stay! Thank you Stanley Blaisdell Rv!

    Aasmundstad Eric
Basically nothing has been done, after speaking with other residents they are also having trouble getting the property owner Eric Aasmundstad to fix any problems in their residences. Due to the housing shortage in our town we forgot to do our homework on the property and now we are paying for it! If you must reside in any property owned by Aasmundstad Rentals you must be sure to get all repairs DOCUMENTED.

They tell their rental agents upon move-out to find anything and everything wrong with your apartment, so as not to have to return deposits. They will try to keep your deposit no matter how clean and undamaged your apartment is when you leave. They will do a quick move-in checklist in which they will not note many problems, and then upon move-out they will spend 30-45 minutes noting every speck, dent scratch, dust on top of fan blades and behind refrigerator, etc. that they can find. DO NOT SIGN that move-out checklist.Take pictures of every detail in apartment before you move your stuff in and after you move your stuff out and clean, because they will blame you for pre-existing conditions upon move-out. The property managers have contempt for all tenants, and model that to their young, 20-something employees. If you are one-second late on payment they will charge you $40 ($20 would teach you a lesson, but they are trying to line the pockets of owner and multimillionaire Representative Rick Berg, and at the expense of those in the community least able to pay).

I was assured that no further action would be taken until after my local property manager could work with the Heritage Estates HOA towards a solution.  Fines continued to accrue during the time that they were sending the "infraction notices" to the wrong address.  (They were being sent to ND, while the company in question, along with the property in question are in NV).

We looked them up and they had a couple cheaper housing areas.  One, had no yard and new carpets and they wanted $700. But because we have children, we were looking for something with a yard.  They had us do the walk thru with renters in it.  They had everything open and aired out.  We went ahead and signed the lease.  We tried to schedule with the agent.  She said we had to be there by 6:30.  We showed up at 5:30 and she wasn't there. We waited over an hour and we tried to call - no one answered.  She finally showed up to sign the lease.  Later, she told us if the carpets were bad, they would replace them.  She said because we have two dogs, we had to pay $500 for the deposit which was due Oct. 6th. Then, I was suppose to pick up the keys and move in by Aug. 6th, 2014.  I gave $300 down and got the keys.  When I got in the apartment, it smelled so bad!  Like dog urine.  The carpet is falling apart, matted and has black spots all over the carpet.  The two bedrooms have a gap where they're not even connected.  I immediately contacted them to ask if the carpet can be replaced.  They said they are not going to replace it and I should go out and buy a carpet to go over it. I didn't have the money to do that and they said they didn't care.  I have a 3 month old baby and it is not sanitary for her to crawl on it. I asked for a maintenance request for them to take a look at it.  They were suppose to call me back and they didn't.  I just called and she said "yes, the carpets are not in good shape, but we are not going to replace them because you have two dogs that are going into the house."  She said I could just put a blanket on the floor.  She said they put an ozone machine in there which is suppose to take the smell out.  This is only out of the air, not out of the carpet.  This is only a short term fix and not a long term fix. The carpet is over 10 years old. It has been used for 2 long term renters, 1-8 years and 1-2 years. UPDATE 09/06/15 - They charged us $500 to get out of our contract and we never lived there.  The lady that works named Hazel is very rude to me and in my opinion she has very poor customer service skills. I would not recommend this property.

    VALLEY RENTAL INC
Ground floor apartments flooded due to a pipe break and Valley Rental did not pay tenants any compensation for damaged proprty. Company claimed it was the City's fault. The City Engineer said that the pipe did not break under the street but on the Valley Rental Property, therefore the company was lying. Single parent with six kids was thrown out of an apartment by Valley Rental after living there only a few months, due to alleged noise and other complaints involving OTHER children in the building. Manager said that if you don’t leave by the end of the 3-day notice to evict that the police would come and kick out. After moving out gave Valley Rental new mailing address but never received deposit, list of any claimed damages, or any other correspondence. Lost three potential apartments and application fees due to Valley Rental claims that there had been an “eviction” (no court eviction ever took place - compnay later claimed that they label anyone who is asked to leave as being “evicted“).
