AROGERS CONSTRUCTIONTHE BEST!!!! They were prompt, courteous, they interacted like a team throughout the project and they were wonderful to work with. They completed our driveway addition/replaced our porch stairs in one day. By 8:30 the following morning they were finished. When I say finished I mean- everything they moved to be able to do the job was put back perfectly, they swept, they back filled the dirt and seeded. My mom would even be impressed!!! BSilver Legacy Contractors, LLCWe hired them for our modular house and while they did good work it was a very expensive process, about $15,000 over budget. They were supposed to build our yard first before digging. We ended up having to have a separate company do this at price tag of about $5-7,000 with about 7 truckloads of dirt. ASchauer ConstructionI saw the Schauer trailer in my neighborhood for about a week as Jerry was working on driveways for three of my neighbors. I figured if that many were having work done with him I'd see how much to place a new concrete garage floor. I previously received a quote to have it lifted for $1500 and when I got his bid of $1800 for new concrete there wasn't even a question on what to do.- Scott H.

ASchauer ConstructionIt went very well. We found the company on Angie's List and selected it because of the good ratings. The owner, Jerry Schauer, called me back within a few hours of my initial call. He came out to look at the project and to give me an estimate the same evening. We accepted the bid and scheduled the work. Jerry confirmed the schedule the day before. He arrived on time with his crew and they went to work. He has come back to check on the project 2x in 24 hours. When the project was finished, he returned to clean up the site. The work is well done and just what we wanted. Jerry is easy to work with and very professional. He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and gave us an estimate that was reasonable and accurate.- Leslie O.

AStandard Water Control Systems IncThey showed up on time, actually early, but called to make sure that was going to be alright. Made sure we understood the service they were going to be providing, took measurements and walked us through the whole process and gave us an estimate of how much it would cost to fix our foundation. It sounded like a great plan but was much more than what we wanted to spend. Ultimately, we decided to look into other less permanent fixes in the short term but if we ever decided to go ahead with that kind of project, we would contact them.- Jessica W.

He called to confirm time and gave notice of when he would arrive. He was able to come back and do the job 2 days later. He arrived a few minutes early (a nice surprise!) and finished within 45 minutes. The bill was decent. We now want him to do other projects.- Marcelle M.
