George Arroyo and company were amazing to work with. George took care of everything from beginning to end. His work and dedication to help us build the house of our dreams was just impeccable. If we were to be a house again it would have to be with George Arroyo Custom homes!!!

    North Carolina Exteriors
We were very pleased with the results. Work crews were professional, punctual, and the workmanship was excellent. The NC Exteriors project manager was on top of the project every step of the way. It was a very good experience from start to finish.

    Meticulous Painting & Drywall
They were terrible. He was a very nice guy. His quality of work was off. We had to call him back and then he did not do a good job. We just gave up. He was running an ad for 1 room was $100. We had to furnish the paint. We wanted trim work, which was extra. He painted the walls and did some caulking in our bathroom. I can see the two different tones. I would not use him again.

My Two Brothers & Me Paint Co
We called, and Johnny responded very promptly to our call (unlike other contractors). Johnny and his brother came later that afternoon for a consultation to discuss the list of items we needed completed. We set up a time for them to come later that week. They came on the scheduled day, and they were ready to work. Through the day they worked efficiently to complete the agreed upon list of items. They were focused but friendly. They even came the following day to complete additional items that we added to the original list. We were under a tight deadline, and My Two Brothers and Me Paint company came through with flying colors.

    All-Pro Painting
Horrible, horrible, horrible.  There are things that still need to be done, but I don't want them back.  They were not experienced.  There was paint on the chimney and on the furniture.  I stopped having them come back because they would mess up something else

    RDZ Painting
I called him asking for a quote for painting a house.  He explained that he was busy at the moment (up a ladder) & therefore wanted me to email him the details of what the job included, the job site, & my contact info to call me back to confirm an appointment.  I was completely cool with that.  I sent him the email immediately & then he never called or emailed to confirm the appointment as we discussed both in our phone call & the email I sent.  Instead he calls me about 30 minutes prior to the tentative appointment time & says he is 5 minutes away from the job site.  So I rush to the house (job site) which was a 45 minute ride for me.  I get there & he says "I like to get to my appointments early whenever I don't exactly know the directions/how to get there".  I'm thinking, who in their right mind would plan to sit around wasting time for some unknown amount of minutes.  But I said, hey, maybe there was a misunderstanding with our communications.  So I go ahead & show him what I want done.  He says, he got my first email & will email me the quote.  I never heard a word back & never received an email.

I called him and he himself answered the phone (not an ignorant receptionist with absolutely no information to provide in her brain). He worked around my gruesome work schedule to meet for the quote. He agreed to do the job for the cheapest price of all 4 contractors that I met with. He did a high quality job and adjusted each little detail that I requested. He accomplished the job quickly and left the house immaculate when he was complete. What more can you ask for?

    Wendell Siding Co Inc
Had damage to the front of the house where a squirrel had decided he wanted to live. It was above the bay window on the front of the house so it was very noticeable. The soffit and fascia boards were rotting and in need of repair. The paint on the house was wearing thin, but our wallets were not thick enough to cover any repairs. My Mom and Dad offered to repair the house as a Christmas present to our family. I called Ken Howard at Wendell Siding to come out and do an estimate. I called my parents with the estimate and they said to go ahead with the work. David and his friend Johnny came out to take measurements, and talk about what needed to be done. David and Johnny got to work on a Tuesday and were done by Friday. They arrived every morning about 7:30 to start work, usually took an hour for lunch and would finish up by dark. They were always very professional, polite and respectful. They always cleaned up any mess and were very efficient.
It is said that you get what you pay for. Although my original estimate was for a little over $1000.00, and the final bill was around $3000.00, it was worth every penny. When we did the original estimate, I had not included asking them to paint the fascia boards and soffit, and had not originally planned to do but 3 sides of the house. That explains the difference in price from the original estimate to the final bill.
My husband and I did the final painting of the house and windows and I must say I am not embarrassed to invite friends over now.
Although the final bill was a little more than my parents had planned on, they were also impressed with the work done by Wendell Siding's crew. I am thoroughly delighted with the work done and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing work done on their house.

I chose the same color of paint which was currently on my home. They retrieved the paint at my store of choice. Everyday, they cleaned up the work site to assure a safe and well kept area. On the final day, they even moved my patio furniture back to my porch. On a daily basis, they showed up between 8:15 to 8:30 AM and stayed until way past 5 PM. They offer painting services for exterior and interior homes and businesses. The painting job was $2975 with the board repairs being $750.
