  • The installers did a great job. Professional, neat. clean. Cleaned up after themselves each day. Got both units installed and running the first day and completed install (house shroud, etc. The shroud had to be made at their shop). County inspector has some minor issues and thet crew responded quickly and took care of them.

  • Excellent. Work was scheduled, call came 30 minutes ahead of arrival and work done perfectly. I have the Comfort Plan Agreement. So the technician comes before winter and makes sure the furnace is ready and comes again before hot weather to ensure AC is in tip top shape. They check filters and also clean the units of dust and dirt. They also check that all the hardware is going strong and let you know of any problems and they explain the problems to you clearly. Great.

  • What a great group of people! Our A/C went out over the weekend. They called within the hour of putting in a Service Order. We were able to get a tech out and fix everything within 24 hours. They were very courteous and took time to listen to what was going on. They called when they were on their way and all repairs were fixed in no time! We will definitely hire them again!

  • It went well until I went to use my air. It was not hooked up correctly. I called next morning and they were out promptly. There was a rebate on my unit. The owner comes out to do his own inspection and then applies for rebate. It was over three months before he came and I had to call to remind them it needed to be done. I also had another issue under my house that they would have had to see but never mentioned. It was not part of their job, but it would have been good customer service to let me know I had something that needed attention. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the work.

  • While I was overwhelmed at having to have this replaced they made sure I was comfortable with why. When they came out to do the work they did an amazing job and even worked with my schedule. All the workers are professional. They even cleaned up after the job!

  • The cost of service was part of the contract. They are always prompt, give you a full explanation of what they see or what they have done, and just very easy to work with. I would say that they are very reasonable and competitive from what I know.

  • It was freezing cold and the guys had to crawl around under the house. They managed to get it done without tracking in mud or otherwise making a mess. They guys were cheerful and professional.
    I had already contracted with the seller to install the new cook top and when they installed it, the regulator was positioned such that the oven would not slide back into the cabinet appropriately. I called up Green and they came back out at no charge and fixed the problem, even though I'm not sure they could have known that it would be a problem. 
    I offered to pay, but they refused.

  • Everything went very well. He was very professional during the visit. He wore booties to protect the hard wood floors which we appreciated, he removed and cleaned each vent cover individually and gave us some advice about air filters. All in all a very good experience.
